I MADE IT TO CHAPTER 7!!! Chapter 6 was pretty nice. Nia trying to do the whole queen personality is so cute + Dromarch spotted!! Flora heals an aching soul. Sena's Hero Quest really didn't feel like hers though. I understand the connection between her and Shania but it felt.. a little weird? And for Chapter 7, I'm really curious what made Crys decide to be a Moebius and he seems really close to Z. 1:45:20 I think this was the most special moment of the entirety of chapter 6 for me. XC2 was my first xeno game and hearing the melody from Drifting Soul play so beautifully truly ruined me. Drifting Soul was HER song. Even before stepping foot onto those stairs, I realized that, at long last, "I going to see Nia again". I beelined straight for the marker and when I saw her, I just couldn't stop crying. Throughout the entire sequence (minus the boss fights), I was an absolute blubbering mess with nostalgia and I loved every second of it
I think it's been such a long time since I played XC2 I barely remember much about it, completely slipped past me that Nia is a flesh eater too.. but when I looked up and saw Dromarch I knew it was going to be good
@@stalvods that LIIIIIIIITTLE detail of Nia not dying because her core crystal wasn't damaged made me actually scream, I had the same reactions as the party until I saw her wake up all Welch and annoyed
Sena’s ascension quest is easily one of my favorites. I had feeling there was a catalyst to Shania’s actions at the beginning of ch 6. Really makes me appreciate the connection between Shania, Ghondor and Sena. Easily makes them some of my favorite characters. Especially miss tough as nails Ghondor. It’s hilarious how people skipped the cut scene due to the transport.
I think that Crys became Moebius because after kinda figuring out the whole reincarnation thing from overhearing M and that other Consul talking, he decided that he was fine with that system. The scene where Noah recalls Crys's death was kind of ambiguous, but it was implied that in order to avoid his homecoming, he took his life by jumping off the cliff behind him. That's why Noah lunged forward with a surprised face. Then it cuts to afterward with Noah collecting Crys's flute. I think Crys wanted to stay in the cycle, or even be Moebius to either defend the cycle, or test Noah's conviction in ending it. He didn't seem to really oppose Noah's position. He just had a different way of seeing things, and he was content with Noah defeating him.
I kinda figured he was also aware of the cycle especially after I did Ashera's quest (next VOD!) and it ties in really nicely with my initial thoughts too. I didn't think about him jumping off the cliff though, that's really sad. I'll likely continue the main story next stream, hopefully Crys talks more and I can find out what's going on ;_;
Only thing i can say about Xenoblade 3 is that it's one hella of a ride with games story and the cast kills the acting in this one I mean i started with Xenoblade 2 as a whole and then Torna ( witch are fully 100% even with the affinity charts same thing with Xenoblade 1 all sidequests done even colony 6 was rebuiled i did every side quest for Xenoblade 3 before the DLC dropped so i was good there lmao ) But most people really didn't Sena's Hero quest for the mission cause it wasn't about her just her and Shania when first got to this quest for Sena i was like was this more meant for Ghondor ( how ever you say her name ) more then anything it honestly felt like that one would of done for that hero overall unlike with the Noan Mio Lans and Taion hero quests but but Xenoblade 2 replay mhm ? would that be NG+ mode or just a full full new game like starting from scratch ? looking forward to when you get to future redeemed Stal and yes i have beaten all three xenoblade games only reason i don't replay them is due to some parts i don't like kinda reminds me of playing Trails of Mana on switch with the boat giving money to him and you don't want too xD since you earned it all. But yeah hopefully stuff goes well for this playthrough oh and Stal if you wanna replay Xenoblade 2 would there be Xenoblade 1 replay as well XD ? just wondering lmao # Nia best girl IMO NO QUESTIONS ASKED NIA MY QUEEN XD
I think Sena as a character also feels really dull compared to the rest. She's great but not very interesting. For XC2, if I happen to go back to it I'll likely do a fresh playthrough. I'm not very keen on NG+ since I'll have so many things to do.. I don't think I will go through XC1 again unfortunately, the side quests were a pain and I'm bad at skipping optional things :/

So despite voicing a pretty polarizing character, she went all in and it really made the character for me.
