Personally, this game just has some of my favorite osts. First off, you've got the dough station with its pasteria-like instruments and tune. Then you've got the title music that I just love, and the locals too.
I might find Pastaria depressing when compared to Donuteria, but I really like the Pastaria osts, especially how it has a lot of osts reused from previous games, and reused in newer games, like what you mentioned, and the levels 3 and 4 in Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack

The game's theme is very catchy. The game has my new favorite customers, Ember, Hacky Zak, Iggy and Julep. I've gotten pretty far in Papa's Donuteria. I enjoyed eating donuts, either chocolate, sugar, maple, glazed or powdered. I'd get them at Dunkin', Krispy Kreme, Winchell's, or my local donut shop. Heck, even stores, like Walmart and Target, sell them too, as well as convenience stores, like 7-Eleven and ampm.
