what a color deference between surface rocks and rock below a little lite on the hematite and magnetite might be many sources of deposits.more than just flood gold .great job guys look for many videos of this area thanks

These pans are wild! What area on the island are you in? You don’t have to be specific. But I’m starting to think I need to get out and start panning on my own! Great vid!
All over we have claims from as far as Cape Scott/Hardy area to sooke.
The geographic areas where you have been shooting, i assume it is all the western mountain range along the coast of BC? You haven't gone east to the mountains along the border with Alberta, right? Staying along the coast, does the gold change much as you go north up into Alaska? Do you range that far north or you stick closer to home? Some videos from up in Alaska, where the guy can find gold, seem to show either an increase in size of individual pieces -chunks, or just heavier concentrations, but you don't see much sand grain sizes. Is there more, chunkier gold to get as you go north. In California/Oregon, except for a couple unusual locations, there's generally more flour to sand deposits but the age of the mountains are about the same as in BC.
Also, where does the Frasier get it's gold from? It cuts east across to Dawson Creek and it seems to have less frequent, but chunkier gold and that area is a good 20 million years older than the coastal mountains. I bring up the ages because there's time for the nuggets to get beaten and bashed to smaller more uniform size pieces. Its almost like the California gold is older than anything up north but its even a bit younger.

Have you ever prospected in more remote areas such as the Stikine region and around Atlin? I have great faith in there being lots and lots of great virgin ground up there. Whenever I get the chance to ask experts a question I do.

That's a great place.my friend sent me some pictures of a great place near me within 10 miles of my house so when I start to feel a bit better I will be definitely checking it out.probably be another month or so.
Great place! My own opinion is that you should edit your video and make it concise and much shorter in duration. Studies have shown you will get more interest hence more videos of your endeavors and beautiful area.
@@arcticminer32 have you watched some of my videos? I also can't edit anything because my laptop needs an internal battery fitted and I can't find it! It's a high tech Toshiba if you know them! It is old but great.It's got a finger print scanner on it! Also I'm dyslexic and find it hard to do anything on computers and the internet.would be great if someone could do it for me and make even better videos💛😉👍

I'm always surprised you guys don't wear waders when working these streams and creeks.
We have em but we never just stick to the creek and we always are hiking all over. If we just go to pan or highbank sometimes we do or at least boots

I washed in a river similar to this river several times and did not get any nuggets except mica.

Mainly island we travel through have a few claims out past chilliwack area.

Any areas you can recommend. im just a weekend pan and shovel guy. not looking to get rich but would be nice to get something to show for all my efforts over the last couple years. if its all a secret then its all good. ill just keep searching. love your videos btw. keep up the good work.

Nice lookin gold and beautiful area! I keep getting copyright strikes from the same 3rd party for the same background music. I dispute it every time and every time it is removed. The music I use is copyright free open source music, it’s so annoying!
Likewise we have gotten two copy strikes one was for music we paid for the other a 4 second clip and all there is is running water from a creek 🙄

Do you just go around exploring open ground? Or do you know the people that own it or have a claim? You guys always get good gold!!
Most of these areas are on our claims, on occasion we get permission to film when we are doing hired exploration work. But not often.
@@911mining so is that your job? You get paid to go see what minerals might be on people's property?? How would I get that job?
@@michaelvaughn8976 Yes, companies and individuals hire us to do exploration programs. Its honestly hard to get into we started by doing a little work for neighboring claims and then more and more people started hiring us. We also prospect our own claims with intent to option them to junior and private exploration companies.
