It’s quarantine time and we can’t get out to ride or create videos so while scratching my head thinking what to do with old footage to maintain my Tuesday 7pm schedule, I came up with an idea, rang MidWestMx and asked if he’d be up for a podcast style video.
He agreed and we spent over and hour talking crap over some raw footage.

I'm saving up right now $500 every two weeks to go buy a brand new 300tpi.. hopefully an xc-w 300 tpi haha either that or the husqvarna te 300i.. depends on which gives me the better deal haha because the husky comes with some upgrades compared to the ktms but I love both haha
Awesome video I really enjoyed this, it was nice to hear your own thoughts on where and how you guys ride. Perhaps you should make this a monthly special with all gang giving their thought's too.

Oh here in Pennsylvania we got hard-core places you can ride or try to ride haha I love picking a direction and just trying to push through haha

Because it hits the tree haha barkbusters haha but I call them handguards as well and I say trimmer and im in the states Pennsylvania actually .. far east coast basically

Barkbusters is actually a brand (Australian I think) of handguards, but nowadays it's used more or less as a synonym for wraparound handguards.
Ahhh I never knew that 🙈 I always wondered where that term had come from 😂 I just thought it was an American term for hand guards because that what I always hear in the American videos 🙈

first of all, great way to watch vids! Loving the style seriously! good to hear you guys talk like legends and drive like me., feel right at home haha .... On the 300 thing.. I remember there being convertion kits from 250 too 300.. but not sure if they excist for the tpi's though.. could ask your ktm dealer?
kingjoop thanks dude, We weren’t sure how this style would be received but it seems to have gone well. Yeah I know for the older ones you could just change the cylinder and piston. Not sure it’s it’s that simple now with the fuel injection. I would rather sell the 250 and get a 300 tho just so the resale isn’t affected. I’m going to try sprockets first because I really don’t want to part with this bike 😂
@@ROCKETRALPH yeah.. same thoughts here on the 300 conversation.. heard you talking about adjusting the suspention too, better wait with that when you decided to get a 300 or not... I did a suspention upgrade to my weight and it cost me 800 bucks.. so would be a waist if you do that and then get a 300 hehehe... but yeah.. loved the vid hearing you 2 bitch and laugh.. my favo.. only thing that could top that is live comms while riding and the option to record that... haha
kingjoop yeah it’s a lot of money to get the suspension done, that’s why I’ve been waiting. I think I can sort it with sprockets it just that 2nd gear low down doesn’t pull like I want and I’ve heard of a few people going to 12/50 to sort this. Haha yeah I have been on to Midwest about getting Sena’s I already have one for the road bike but I can convince him too that would be a great laugh😂 not only for the vids but for us while we are riding. Me and my road biking mates found that it completely changed the whole riding experience being able to talk and rip the piss out of each other while riding 😂😂

I have got a question about your bike my dad has a 2019 ktm 250 tpi and I dont know if it is the same for you but getting his bike into neutral his so dam hard it just sticks. And great video guy's.
Yeah they can be a pain in the ass to find neutral 🙈 how often does the gear oil get changed? I’ve read a lot that people use another oil other than motrex and find the gears nicer and the clutch drags less.
@@ROCKETRALPH yeah we do oil changes quite often we just tried a different oil I think it was bell ray 15w40 and neutral was a bit easier to find but still really sticking

ROCKET RALPH can you not put a 300 piston and barrel on it ?? I’m sure i saw a video on here about modifying the 250 in that sort of way
Dazzer F yeah you can do that but I would rather sell my 250 and buy a 300 because converting a 250 to 300 will affect the resale value.
