I hired and paid a lawyer from Zadar to submit my mother's death certificate 3 years ago and to settle inherited land, put it in my name. I went to see the lawyer 2 years ago and she stated that she was not able to do anything. Last year she did not want to open the door for me or answer my calls. My cousin called her and she stated that I fired her. I did not. Can I report her and get my money back? Thank you.
Hi there. I am coming to the consulate next month and am getting together the remainder of my documents. I want to ask - is this still the most up-to-date information for a person applying for Croatian citizenship through emigration? And can I simply make a color copy of my US Passport to bring in (with the original), or must I get the passport translated as well?
@@KaayJaay hi there. I successfully sent in my application to their office - now its just the waiting game! They say it can take 1-2 years, so I’m sitting patiently. If I remember, I’ll try to comment back when it goes through.
@@KaayJaay I used this video as my main guide and I had everything I needed when I applied. It’s better to bring too much stuff than not enough. My lady went through the papers and picked out what she needed. Make sure they are apostille correctly. If you need a translator I can send you the info to the person I used. She was great
I'm a little confused by order of the certification process for records. Do I get the record Apostille and then get it certified translated? Do I need to get the translation Apostille?
Hi, what about married to croatian and im already living here in croatia for a couple of years what is my requirements or documents needed for applying for croatian citizen?hvala puno
As the spouse of a Croatian citizen, you can apply for citizenship. Since you are in Croatia already would recommend you visit the ministry locally to understand the requirements/procedure/documents.
Hvala puno!!!! 🙏 🇭🇷

@@drizzyonthego thanks for sharing
@@drizzyonthego did your USA passport need to be translated too? Yes. I need a translator. If you can please provide.

I have the same question! Do we need to translate the apostille certificate? Thanks
Correct. Get the document Apostille, then have the whole thing translated. The reviewer at the other end needs to know what the apostille page says :)

I am Croat and my wife would need to live in Croatia to become a citizen
