  • In this video I take a chest of drawers that was doomed for the trash pile and turn it into a beautiful vintage looking cabinet. Think twice before discarding old, worn out furniture! It may have another life just waiting to be brought forth. :)

Oh my goodness, you transformed it! So vintage farmhouse style! The outside turn/swivel closer makes it look like it was always like this complete with doors and you just slapped a coat of paint. But... we all know differently! Chest of drawers to cupboard! Again you amaze us with your talent! Thanks for sharing your gift!

Mary I love how this cubboard turned out. I will keep this in mind should I run across a dresser that is perhaps missing some drawers. Also I noticed the contact paper you were peeling off the top of the dresser which can be a slow tedious job. I have a tip I learned a while back having to remove some from an old kitchen cubboard. If you use a blow dryer on the surface but not too close at to melt it. It will peel off in nice big sections and make light work of it. Love your videos.

Mary on this project you have demonstrated your excellent carpentry skills, and safe use of power tools. You are a great roll model for your husband and children. We are all equal humans and need to be taught the basic skills of life and survival and independence. It’s rewarding and empowering our gender should never interfere with our abilities. You make me proud that you use your spirit to the fullest. This could be a better world if all humans realized it’s part of our innate structure to learn and thrive as one human species where men and women should seek what they are drawn to in life. Help, each other, be kind, show love and equality for all and in PEACE. PAM
