Open ko seats kam krne ki waja se categories ko b koi faida nhi hua hai. Qki category ka koi b bacha open mai nhi jarha ab wo category seat py select hota hai aur cutoff high gaya hai. Wrna pehle category wala 500 laata tha toh open mai jata tha apni category seat chord deta tha. Maturity is when you realize competition is very high. There no impact of reservation.
