As a localite from this town.....i must say that gmc doda is one of the best thing in this town...... facilities in hospital are better now, Doda is a small town and opening a government medical College in a place like this was a challenge in the first place...... there are improvements going on hope it'll get better soon because students definately deserves the best here

andr bhi yahi haal hai , abi ko bus accident hua tha few months ago where a bush chrashed in ASSAR, They didn't pay any attention to the deceased , There was a boy who still alive but they kept him with dead bodies until evening that day. Uske baad pta chala unko , He later died in GMC Jammu (MAY ALLAH INCLUDE AMONG MARTYRS AND GIVE HIM HIGHEST COMPANIONSHIP IN JANAAH)

Thanks bro for raising this issue, their all officers are corrupt except few ,they even don't have faculty for bsc nursing they have just deputed few teachers from hospital staff who aren't even eligible for teaching nursing students ,& in short we can say there are only issues related to everything & studies and practical is subnormal

Some time ago, I also used to think that we were in one of India's worst GMC's . But when I saw the conditions of students from GMC Udhampur and Handwara also in SKIMS, then I began to appreciate my college; they aren't even receiving 10% of the facilities that we are getting. I know the administration of GMC Doda is very poor, but let's hope for the best in the next few years . Positive criticism is good but there are lot of things that we must appreciate, like academically the college is very good. We should remember things doesn't happen over night problems exist everywhere even in GMC sgr & GMC jmu.

I think this video might be seen as a brave step by the students, but I find it misleading. Despite the good faculty and excellent service from the hospital staff, it's considered the worst medical college. I believe it's because the college lacks facilities due to being a new institute. But remember, everything takes time!

Everything looks ok..but in reality it isn’t…students in the colg feels like hell…it’s like a typical hostel like 11 th and 12nd (hostel timing 6pm in the evening is the last entry time & hotel building door gonna close by 9.30 pm ..which means should not come out of the building after this time …and so many things even u can’t imagine in ur dreams ) which were so strict and colg ground is given for rent on. Daily basis ( colg students r not allowed to play in their homeground …so students here r playing one step out in front of hostel block which is worse ) and so many things and even students get suffocating due to ruling of non white coat people in the campus ( they treat students like khaidis in jail )

This is not the case of only building... It seems as an abandoned building from outside... Other facilities particularly Hostel mess is really a bizzare which is so bad that it had costed health of future doctors.
