They hired a retired Pan Am chef and said "If you were to build dream meals for first class and coach, how would you do it". He told them and management said "Go to it". Great food; great service. The chief stewardess - a Brit by the name of Pamela Hurst - is shown at 1+03 and 2+30 in the video with the tan uniform. She trained her "girls" to be the best of the best - and they were! Chief pilot Lloyd Kammann hired the sharpest 707 Miami based crews. Why'd it die? The financial backers were Honduran doctors struggling to get their money out of the country. Once that happened they lost interest in the project. Too bad. The employees wouldn't let it die - they held off the inevitable for over a year.
