How to change the settings to Shift with the paddles on the Wheel?

my wheel is locking itself, and turn is going hard. is it normal or is my g923 wheel broken?

The neutral gear does not work in the City car driving (Logitech g923) can be replaced with another button.
It does if you choose the g29 + shifter setting acctualy, just let the n gear un mapped

For the neutral, you just leave it empty, then click on advance, scroll all the way to the bottom and tick the neutral gear box.
