Civil engineering needs to be banned in the college. We paid lakhs of rs for this course after that for jobs there is 10k 12k salary 😔

I am Civil Engineer Batch 2022
As a fresher i joint NCCCL company as a trainee engineer In Mulund Mumbai.
I worked for this organisation as a site engineer for 1 year but i resigned due to salary late and loads of issues. My salary was 18k in hand.
After that i joint contractor and worked with him as Site manager and billing Engineer.
Now in 2024 i m partner with my contractor.
We are taking contract from Big companies like KEC, Tata project, Lodha etc. All civil work like Shuttering, Casting, Blockwork, plasterwork and painting.
Please suggest me sir...is this right path ?
Sir mai Katihar Bihar ka hu mujhe is field ka achchha knowledge hai, kyonki maine under construction building me 5 saal tak aur India ke kai jagah me kai tarah ke design par steel binding, casting, concrete, plaster, bricks joining,layout calculation jaise kaamo ko kiya hai aur lagbhag 2 saal tak thekedari bhi kiya hai. Aap koi idea de sakte hai kya ki mujhe civil ke kshetra me koi course ya koi other work karna chahiye please please please suggest me sir. I just helped one of my friend in calculating the quantities for renovation of his existing house. Now I am in the process of exploration of cost effective solution via value engineering. Later on I intent to guide him throughout the process which is a time consuming.
So I am curious to know whether only quantity surveying and BOQ preparation can be a way of extra income?
