This car is very fast. It will break the wheels free at 60 mph If you take granny assist off. Car n driver got 0-60 in 3.5 seconds and I can back that.

I watched many videos on the Z4 and fell in love with the car. Then, I brought one. What videos, except this one, often do not show is that it is a very bumpy and uncomfortable ride. Watch the video at the end. He has both hands on the steering wheel as the car is bumpting up and down. This is a great car for the English Country. I live in Dallas. The roads are brutal. When the roads finally do get smoothed out the car handles beautifully. But, if you live in a city, it limits the functionality of the car because you can't comfortably or safely drive on messed up roads. I can in my Honda Accord with no problems and it is probably just as fast. I spent a lot of money to learn this lesson. As they say, Caveat Emptor (Buyer beware). Beautiful to look at, inside and driving, most uncomfortable care I've ever had....plus, girlfriend finds it too uncomfortable and doesn't want to ride in it. Hmmm.
I live in LA. The roads are terrible here too. It's definitely a stiff ride, but it's a sports car. That's how it's supposed to be. Having owned a BMW and Porsche before, I knew this going in. In comfort mode, it's really not that bad except for a few particularly bad spots on the freeways. It would be the same for any other small German sports car. Probably even worse with BMWs that have run flat tires.
@@maynardewm Hi Anonymous. I drove the Z4 again tonight to the grocery store about 12 miles away at dusk. I put the roof down and actually truly enjoyed the growl of the motor. It felt good. I guess it's a love/hate relationship. I think this car is designed for dusk type driving for recreation as that is when it is fun. Not designed for daily driving on freeways (it can do it, but often uncomfortable). Yet, this evening it was very fun and enjoyed the design and driving experience.
@Spark of Truth Blaze of Fire I completely agree with what you're saying. I had a 2021 Toyota Supra (Z4's brother/cousin) for 2 years and it was a love/hate relationship. I drove it everyday for 2 years and I just got so fed up with it, it's not very comfortable tbh, you can't do much in it but go fast. So I can totally relate with what you're saying. I ended up trading the Supra for a Honda Civic because I wanted to move into a great comfortable daily car. I still miss hearing that furious B58 engine tho!
Sounds like you need to get a new girlfriend or keep both she and the Honda...hahhah
I have this car too. Of coarse it feels rough on bad roads, It’s a sports car with stiff suspension, what do you expect? Sorry but I don’t believe you.

Still need to improve on the camera work. Angle wasn't right the entire time, the walkaround was kind of awkward
His videos are quite good and if the camera is on his head it's hard to angle it right sometimes. Here's the kicker, if you can do better then go out and make your own videos. People talk too much. It's free entertainment.

BMW dropped the ball on this new Z4. The previous generation had a sexy metal hardtop convertible. This is just another basic convertible coupe.
