and achieving artha by right path (=which is also a part step of Moksha) is the path of DHARMA, so you've to follow Dharma marga.
Ultimately You needed Do Dharma, Artha, Kama to achieve Moksha.
and remember, these 3 are not different from moksha rather they are the milestones on the Journey of Moksha and part of this journey
