I have a 5 year old Taylor 414ce-r with an ES2. Never had an issue with the output until recently. Is this what happens with the ES2s? Do you just have to adjust them every so often? Or, is there something wrong with the system?
@JimmyGallowayGuitar That is what I was wondering about. Also, I use a wireless system that has an output control. I might have to troubleshoot the system and guitar.
@billpoche5279 I would eliminate every variable. Start with a cable and monitor, then add your signal chain one by one. If it is the pickup, I would reach out to a authorized repair shop. Taylor seems to have a good policy of warranty work

I would think you may have another issue if it worked then it's giving problems
