@@tabletoptemplar2486 - I love this game. I have the international teams, and I am playing my third World Cup. Semi-dynamic, as I re-seed all the countries after each tournament. Brazil was 1st and 3rd, and gets the top seed for this third Cup. Then, I take each group of 8, and shuffle them, and seed eight groups of four teams each. Each group gets one team from 1-8 seeds, one from 9-16 seeds, one from 17-24, and one team from 25-32 seed. This seems to work quite well. Peru kicked major last tournament, and over achieved. This gets them in a pretty good group, with their 13th seed. Under achieving teams get placed in a tougher group, due to their worse seeding.
