when i try to program it the pink doesn’t appear and then my fiber starts to flash green red and blue like if it’s glitching. This is my second pixel whip i got bc i was having trouble with my first one. It wouldn’t turn off. I don’t know what i am doing wrong. I am following all the videos.
Hey Nicole! Love all your videos, everything you post about programming and tips for whipping is so helpful! I’ve noticed that my whip is not nearly as bright or vibrant as yours. I just purchased it and got it yesterday. Even when I mess with the brightness level. I’m wondering if it’s because I purchased my remix through Amazon? Should I have just gone through the glo fx official site?
I do not think Amazon makes a difference in brightness. My camera may capture the brightness differently depending on the lens and lighting in my room. I tried to program this in front of an angled lighting so that you could see my whip color better. You can also reach out to support@glofx.com and ask them on their opinion by sending them a video and showing them you are attempting to select the brightest setting. They may be able to warranty it if it is defective.
Simply remove your GloCap and inside will be a micro light. Remove the light and silicone cover over the light and the coin cells batteries can be removed by sliding them out of the holding prong. Keep in mind you need two coin cell batteries inside the prong fitting to make it work after replacing. Make sure they are oriented the same as the ones you removed.
how do i access my color folders after it is programmed? when i turn the whip on now it just cycles thru the factory settings and i can’t find the three colours i programmed
By turning on your whip, it will first cycle through 5 different color modes and these are your "folders". To select a folder you simply push and hold on the light mode first displayed from the starting five and release on light blue. This will enter you into your folder. There is unfortunately no way of visually seeing all the folders and what was programmed at once without going into each folder individually.
like i have programmed 3 colours but i. have no idea what folder color thing they are under, or how i get there? my whip just does the factory settings and turns on and off it’s extremely confusing
It seems as though you may be cycling through your 5 folders when you turn on your whip. If you turn on your whip and see that after 5 clicks you start repeating the same color palettes (note: some pallets look close to the same color) then you simply push and hold on one of the light modes and this will then count as "selecting your folder". From here depending on if you push and hold on the light mode or simply click once and into it will determine if you are editing or selecting the folder. Please try a factory reset and start the programming process over if you feel you did not create your color modes correctly within each of your folders. I hope this helps. Took me working with side by side instruction a few times to get it.

I think my glo cap battery needs changed, it's not turning on. Where can I get the instructions?
