    Are solid colors no longer available with this or the sparkle model? I liked being able to create my own rainbow while flowing, but I can't seem to get to a solid other than the programed pink

      Mode 8 will be a solid color mode that shows the 1st color in your factory default or custom preset. If you like rainbows, checkout modes 14-18 for some awesome rainbow patterns!     Can you please make a video that just demos the different light mode patterns? I’m having a hard time identifying them in comparison to the chart

    This really didn’t clear it up for me. I’m struggling to understand the color sets. Wish there was a more in-depth version of this. Just got my whip and I have no clue how to do anything other than click through the modes. The user guide is extremely confusing as well. Like what Are the color sets? How do you even get it them? What are they for, to use on all the modes? What mode do you have to be on to even do the click to then let go of on light blue? Some Of the modes are so quick I can’t even click it on light blue. This is seriously confusing. Can you use them on all the modes aside from rainbow ones? Ugh so frustrating

      You have to be off then hold to get to light blue, just how the video stated

    I need a video on how to access the battery

      The battery can be accessed by unscrewing the bottom of the powerhouse(just below the button). We have a picture diagam on the user guide that was sent with the whip, and you of course can contact our team at support@glofx.com if you need any further assistance :)

    i received my whip but withouth activation card , is there a problem?

      The information formerly stated on the activation card will now be included in the user guide, so the activation card is no longer included in orders for the Remix :) If you have any questions, email support@glofx.com for further info!

    Mine won’t even properly turn off and I’m doing exactly the way he is demonstrating it. My light doesn’t stay on. It’s almost as if my whip is glitching and I can’t get it to stay on a mode if its constantly turning on and off on me. I just bought it. I charged it up and I’m following the direction and it’s still glitching on me.

      I having the same issue. While whipping it automatic turns off and goes in Red, Blue and green.....then it turns off. Pretty frustrating.

    Mine worked when I first turned it on. Turned it off. Tried turning it back on and now it just blinks blue, green, red and tuns off. This is the 2nd one to do this to me and I have an event soon that I needed it for. Very frustrated and confused. Am I doing something wrong? 😢

    I don’t understand the difference between light modes and color sets? There’s 18 modes but 5 sets? How? How do I know if I’m in sets or modes?

      Hi friend! Your whip can save 5 color palettes or "sets" at a time. Each set has 3 colors that can be customized. To select a different set,
      1. Turn your whip off
      2. Hold down the power button & release when the whip lights up light blue
      3. Click the button to switch between the 5 color sets. When you see one you want, hold down the button until you see Light Blue to select the preset, or Light Pink to edit the preset.
      The Light Modes use the 3 colors of your selected set and flashes them in different ways to make unique effects. To change your light mode,
      1. Turn Whip On with a short click
      2. Use Short clicks to cycle through all 18 modes
      3. The last 4 modes will always use a rainbow of colors

      I do need help
      I am unable to use my glofx. I bought the bundle pack for almost 200.00 and while trying to get it to turn on I changed the batteries again then it wont screw back on. Its like the rivers are stripped or something. I would love a replacement ight, I dont need the heads.but the light itself. Thank you

      I’ve literally have tried everything and it won’t program at all. It immediately starts blinking res blue and green when i try to program it and set on one one mode function. It goes straight back to blinking red blue and green even after following instructions. Idk what else to do.

      Hey, thanks for letting us know! The activation card will show how to correctly insert the battery, and how to take the whip out of lock mode when you first received it. The instructions on how to do this are in the user guide as well :) Rapidly click the button until the lights emit and you should be good to go!
