Moloko was brilliant up to Things to do and make music, Roisin Murphy's solo stuff started and stopped with Overpowered. After overpowered she's just had multiple solo albums consisting of album fillers. I want to live all of her music, but my ears say no...
I like her songs, style, voice. But what kind of promoting a new album is this? The first tune they play is "Sing it back". Then she shares her memories from past Paris tours. To me it's like: look at me! Me me me!
@@muthamucka9009 She expressed gratitude and humility several times in the interview, and I believe she is entitled to that, but how could you miss her using that opportunity to clarify her Facebook comments regarding trans youth to gloat about her tour? I could understand a defensive response like she gave if she wasn't prepared with the interview questions beforehand, but that was weak.
