Instead of normal rice, can I use boiled rice( ukda chawal)? and તમારા માપ પ્રમાણે બધી સામગ્રી ને પલાળીને ( soak) કરીને, mixer grinder ma grind કરીને પણ હાંડવો બનાવાય ને?? हूँ usually ઈડલી બનાવતી વખતે boiled rice નો ઉપયોગ કરું છું.. I usually make in handva cooker. And believe you me, this tastes better. But nowadays due to time constraints it can be made in a non-stick pan too or in kadhai as Neha ma'am has shown.. Cleaning the handva cooker is also a hassle sometimes. But personally I feel,make it any way you want it, as far as it tastes good, our family and friends love it.. और क्या चाहिए... 😊.
