@@stingerbold9327 If you have a cracked version like Codex you have a file in the game's folder with the registery file you need to set up the adequate language value in the settings to make the game work, just click on it and it will fix it. If you got a legitimate copy, you will have to do the same operation that's in the video but with different language until it works

Yah Cracked Version is only in Russian no amount of regedit will fix that. Find English torrent version.
