This is my favorite cartoon character it always was I'm 52 I remember watching this when I was 5 years old my dad showed it too me and my big brother he is about four years older than me and we are very close
Actually have a Dog named "Galoot" no kidding. He's a big 100lb long eared galoot., I don't know what a galoot is, but I grew up watching these cartoons and the name seemed to fit.
Galoot is an informal word for a fool or a goofy guy.
