Üdv. Sajnos se a magyarositott se az angol appal nem tudok csatlakozni a kamerához telefonnal. Akár a hot-spot akár a kód leolvasós verziót próbálom a konfigurációs skála lassan megy és hibát jekez. Természetesen közbe bemondja, hogy csatlakozott és állítsam be a kamerát viszont a konfiges skála még dolgozik. Tudnál segíteni? Köszönöm szépen.

Hi, this camera accept micro sd card Class 10 and above and any brands. I think up to 128Gb can be good. I use Sandisk Ultra 64Gb microSDXC C10 A1 U1 type, it's perfect. Have a nice day!

Hi. The camera talk to me the first time but now it only flashes the leds. When I push the reset button it seems fondo nothing. The app cannot find the CLOUDCAM_xxxx network to add it as an AP. IT’s a bullet camera model f3a-wa. How can I add it to the app?

Szia! A kamera csak 2.4gHz-en képes csatlakozni. Az 5ghz-et a beállítás idejére kapcsold ki, hogy ne is zavarjon, és elképzelhető, hogy az ip címedet is publikussá kell tenni, (szolgáltatói oldalon.) Legyen szép napod!

Hello.. A wifi jel nemjon a kamerabol valamilyen okbol. Mar felvan szwerelve ez is neheziti a restart-ot.. De miert nem ad ki jelet ez relytej
Szia, ha felszerelés előtt csatlakoztattad és megfelelően működött, akkor már nem látod a telefonodon a kamerád wifi hálózatát, mert ez csak a reset után látható az AP-ként való használatához. Ebben a kapcsolati módban csak helyileg tudsz rácsatlakozni a telóddal és nem kell hozzá internet. Ha távolról is el akarod érni, akkor a videó szerint kell csatlakoztatni, ha ezt eddig nem tetted meg, akkor le kell szedned, vagy fel kell másznod hozzá, hogy reseteld és a telódon megjelenő QR kódot oda tudd tartani a kamera elé, hogy le tudja olvasni.
