You should consider the move! It is a great area and if you need a taste of home, the Carolina Hurricanes have an awesome fan base and games are really fun!

@@raleigh-durhamnc Thank you both, the funny thing is in Toronto Canada or even the suburbs an average house is selling for 1.3 Million, not worth it all. I see in North Carolina it;s way affordable and the weather is amazing. The only challenge is finding a good employer to work for. Not sure if there's some advice from your side on that but thankyou very much..

@@ChillMountainLove12 That is very pricey! That is a luxury home in our market for sure. The triangle has a lot of employment opportunity! RTP is here and has a lot of tech/medical/bio/Pharma/engineering jobs. Additionally the Duke and UNC systems have a lot of medical care jobs. If you a teacher, the schools are always hiring! Lots of different opportunity, but those are a few that come to mind.

@@raleigh-durhamnc Thank you both. I do have a finance background so my best bet will be to get a Masters in Finance or Accounting I hope. But like you said yes there are a lot more opportunities.
