When India went to demonetization here's what I did, I got hold of 500 Rupees and 1000 rupee note in 2016 and I still have it to this day in storage. In 2023 when they banned 2000 rupees notes I got myself a 2000 rupee note too. Plan is to keep it in storage for the next 2-3 decades and then sell it as a collector's item Indian 2016 model 500 and 1000 rupee note and a 2023 2000 rupee note for the amount I want for that. The market rate for 500 Rupee note now is 10,000 Rupees idiots gave it all away.
Btw , if you're inferring that Modi is God , you don't deserve to be a hindu , fuckall. He's a human by the end of the day. Just because he's working 24x7 for our country doesn't mean he's a God.
Also i think government used demonetisation for money flow tagging. They could have recovered more money if they first fix IT department as instead of catching tax fraud, IT officer made money through bribes. Only big and stupid fish got caught.
though the Idea of Modiji failed but the the intention behind removing black money was good. There are many people who have started opossing Modiji after this incident. They even feel that Modiji out of India public ka paisa le k ghumne jaate hai😬 My close relative who serves in the office of Modiji told me that PM doesn't have a single min to talk to his close ones. I have never saw any prime minister who has taken such a big desicions like black money, surgical strike etc. People now think that he is not eligible for PM but the things which he is doing now are surely going to make good long term effects on our lives
Still we don't understand that problem is with our executives (DM's, Bank Mangers, Government Officials) who made this demonetisation look like a bad decision. If we people have tried to raise our voices against corrupt officials then definitely all the black money would have came back to India.
