That's a great collection Gebs. I still play more on the PS3 than the PS4 due to my insance backlog. Need to play through Dishonered, Ni no Kuni, Tomb Raider and Yakuza 4-5 to name a few. Also Metal Gear Solid 4 is a superb game! i loved it. Eventhough the story of Metal Gear 3 was the best

Thanks for this, Gemma. I went PS3 before Xbox 360 but bailed out early on as I was unhappy with the state of PSN at the time. I've recently picked up a boxed OG PS3 (4 USB ports, backwards compatible with PS2 games) so will be working on my PS3 collection, so thanks for sharing yours - Matt

Which game is your favorite PS3 exclusive game? I mostly collect 360 instead of PS3 (I have the PS3 for exclusive titles), always looking for new games to add to it. For me, I'd probably say the FFX/X-2 HD collection. One of my favorite games remastered :)

Nice collection Gemma. There are some cool game I think you should add to your collection:
Zone of the Enders HD- This is HD port is great, those two games looks so good on HD and their gameplay is amazing.
Valkria Chronicles- Maybe you should get it to PS4 since it would be easier to get.
Heavenly Sword- The game has some problems (like the stupid motion sections) but when it comes to combat it is really good.
Hakuouki, Steins Gate, and XBlaze- those three are pretty good visual novels to PS3. Maybe you should try them
Soul Calibur 5- If you like character customaztion, this game is really good. I have about 90 hours into this game, most of them is because the character creation.

I have Yakuza 4. I want Castlevania Lords of Shadows and Yakuza 3 too.
ive completed yakuza 3 its a good one O:) i have lords of shadows to only played a bit of it but seems good so far

some great titles in there. I loved dead island riptide. I didn't see bulletstorm in there. if you havent played it id recommend it. I want a new red dead. I loved revolver and redemption so fingers crossed :)

Thats all I can think of for now off the top of my head, a lot of PS4 crossovers there not sure if you pick those up for PS4 and just get dedicated PS3 titles for the PS3. I get the impression you're more into story driven action adventure games, fps and rpgs over racing, beatemups or sports, so some of these may not interest you or you may have some on 360.
What are your thoughts on the number of PS4 crossover titles and remakes/remasters so far this gen?
Do you ever double up and get the same games on 360 and PS3?
+SXGi1b0 Thanks. A lot of the PS4 games you mention I already own :) Sometimes I double up on 360 and PS3. It depends what title it is. Mass Effect 2 is well worth getting on both platforms.

A game that I really think you should pick up if you see it cheap is Catherine. It's an amazing game from Atlus and is an adult themed puzzle game revolving around the subject of infidelity and monogamy. It's sounds pretty heavy but the story is really great and the puzzle elements of the game are amazing. It's also starting to go up in value so is definitely a future classic.
you should try and find a copy of dragon's crown for ps3. graphically it looks like odin sphere or muramasa but in high definition. and it has some rpg elements to it. it more of a side scroller, think final fight. really fun game to play. also the god of war series, I highly recommend graphically impressive and very violent. I suppose unlike most people my favorite final fantasy game is final fantasy II on the snes or what its called over there in your part of the world, final fantasy 4. that was the first time I was really involved in a story. and the graphics at the time amazed me.

I saw Yakuza 4 but you need to get Yakuza 3. I have been on a major Yakuza binge since October. Yakuza 3 was loads of fun with a great story. really really fun.

Aliens Colonial Marines and Duke Nukem Forever was two games handled by the same development team. Both games sucked, and had some major issues in both gameplay and in terms of graphics. So yes, those games should be avoided like the plague!
