This is exactly my point of view regarding the age of Ama Aisha. Dont understand why majority of the scolars want us to accept the age 6 or 9. Eventhough it was normal at those times it doesnt make any sense that our beloved prophet would mary a child while he needs an mature person to look after his family and support him. May Allah guide us all to the right path.

It might make sense but it's just trying to do damage control. If you read the Muslim sources, it is very clear that Aisha was 9 and had her dolls with her when she was taken to marry Mohammed. This was one of the points that always bothered me. I am so happy that this has been cleared. All the scholars who lie should be ashamed of themselves, they are embarrassing Muslims in front of the world.
Sahih International: "And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women - if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated. ..." The verse clearly makes a distinction between those who used to menstruate, but have grown old, and those who have not menstruated yet. If you can divorce a girl before she has menstruated, you can obviously also marry her before she has menstruated. Additionally, the Qur'an makes it very clear that the waiting period does not apply, unless you have consummated the marriage, thereby we know very clearly that sexual relations with prepubescent girls is permissible: Sahih International: "O You who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. ..." If you are not convinced that I have treated the first verse honestly, then here are a couple more translations of the verse: Mohsin Khan: "And those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the 'Iddah (prescribed period), if you have doubts (about their periods), is three months, and for those who have no courses [( *i.e. they are still immature* ) their 'Iddah (prescribed period) is three months likewise, except in case of death]. ..:" Arberry: "As for your women who have despaired of further menstruating, if you are in doubt, their period shall be three months; and those who have not menstruated as *yet.* ..:" If you somehow still aren't convinced, then I refer you to one of the most important tafsirs, Tafsir al-Jalalayn: "And as for those of your women who read allā’ī or allā’i in both instances no longer expect to menstruate if you have any doubts about their waiting period their prescribed waiting period shall be three months and also for those who have not yet menstruated *because of their young age* their period shall also be three months" Since we both obviously are well aware that the Hadith clearly state that A'isha was 9 at the time of consummation, then we both know that the Sunnah also supports this. If the *Qur'an* + *Tafsir* + *Sunnah* all agree that it is permissible, then accusing scholars of dishonesty for affirming the clear text of these hadiths is simply not reasonable.

In fact, considering that she was herding camels, and drawing water out of a well to water an entire herd (this is stated very explicitly in the text), which is extremely tough physical labour, she was *definitely* not 3 years old, and whoever wrote that in the Sanhedrin is a moron or illitirate.
According to the biography of Asma the older sister; Aysha was 10 years younger than Asma. And at the time of Hijri; Asma born in 595 AD, was 27 years old . The prophet married Aysha 2 years after hijri which makes her 19 years old. (27-10+2=19) Asma born - 595 AD Aysha born - 605 AD Hijrah - 622 AD Marriage to the prophet - 624 AD

This makes soo much sense. Arabs had an oral history, not a written one. It's been documented in psychological studies that people always exaggerate details to invoke reactions. In the case of Noah and the flood. Instead of saying it was a regional flood, it was a global flood. When people tell stories about catching a fish, the size of the fish increases in every retelling. When Fisherman saw giant squid in Norway, they told stories of Monsters that look like squid, the Kraken. I know in present day, in my home country people cannot accurately tell you how old they are. They estimate based on their relatives or what they last remember. The idea that Aisha(r.a) and Khadijah(r.a)'s ages were exaggerated seems much more likely than their exact ages being well known and drastically different than the norm. This was a great video.
Aisha Ra was known to be jealous and possessive of the Prophet pbuh, and what she had going for her that none of Muhammad’s other wives had was that she was a virgin when he married her. The rest of Muhammad’s wives were divorcees or widows, and older than him. So, Aishah, when recounting these stories about when she married the Prophet may have motivated to make herself sound younger than she was. It's not to say that our mother Aisha RA wasn't an intelligent person, or dishonest, but I don't think she knew that something she said to someone in passing was going to be written down decades later and immortalized.
@@rhuiden4086 17/19 is too old and is directly influenced by current cultural trends. a Muslim sister blogged somewhere of Catholic grandmothers talking about how they married at 12 and now have a large family, which has not been an uncommon trait among Catholics in a lot of places. if age 12 is ok in early 20th century somewhere, so is age 9 in 7th century, and is much much more credible than age 17/19 which is absurd and heathenlike thing to say

As for the Prophet he has never married a 6 or an 8-year-old, I promise you it's the biggest lie ever perpetrated against him. 1) Aisha was engaged two years before to someone else. 2) Aisha was at least 19 going on 20 when she married the Prophet there are many ways to successfully determine this. Asma (ra) was the eldest sister of Aisha (ra) she was 10 years older than her. Asma died in the year 73 AH (After Hijra) (immigration year) She died when she was 100 years old. Now: Asma died in the year 73 aged 100 100 - 73 = 27: Correct? Asma is older than Aisha by ten years So Aisha was 17 years old in the first year of hijra She moved in with the Prophet 2 years after the Hijra which makes her 19 years old going on 20. Another more revealing detail was that Aisha was present on the battlefield of most major battles. In the Islamic traditions of the time, anyone under the age of 15 for boys and 16 for girls was NOT ALLOWED anywhere near the fighting. Aisha was on the battlefield taking water to the injured and dying with other girls, those goatskins were very heavy to carry if she were a child she wouldn't be able to do that. Aisha narrated what happened during the revelation of the Surat the Moon (Al Qamar) she explained what happened that day, if she were 9 years when she married the Prophet she would have been an infant when the Surat was revealed and it is impossible for an infant to narrate or remember anything as technically and scientifically speaking his memory was not yet fully formed. There are many other ways to determine that this is a lie, made up, note one other thing. Most of these lies were reported by Ibn Ishaq who was known to lie and not to be reliable since his versions don't have any Isnad. For instance, Isnad is the chain of narration that has never been broken. As I said there is another way to show that Aisha was NOT a child she was a young woman, and she loved him and was extremely jealous. Read his biography and see how he really was. Let me share some of my research with you too on this very sensitive topic.... There was NO … historian in the 1st 80-90 years of Islam who sat down to write history. This history was written down through oral traditions after about 100 years. These oral traditions were common among the people of the time. These are the same oral traditions that our Hadith scholars use to compile their history books. These are the same narrations that our historians use in their books. After researching and reviewing said…( Javad Ahmad Ghamidi) these narrations some people had try to formulate our history. For that reason, it became popular knowledge that Aisha ( RA) was 6 years of age at the time of marriage and 9 years at the time of consummation. Javad has written an article in his book called “ MAGAMAT” and has presented questions in it. These questions are based on the same sources that historians have compiled based on oral traditions. Let me mention those sources to you…. Then you tell me what is been said in those sources (does it really sound plausible) This entire event and how it is been described is sourced from the first history book “ Tabqat Ibn -e- Sa’ad” it is said about Aisha(RA) one can read the translation of it and, Javad, explain that he has presented his points from this source in his article. So what is the event? The prophet married his 1st wife Khadija, it is said she was a widow who had children and was about 38-40 years old. They stay married for a long time (25 years) until the prophet was 50 years old and passed away. The prophet continued preaching but also had to provide and take care of the children. With all these responsibilities he used to be worried, and grieving the loss of his wife. It is been said that a female Muslim named “ Khaula” met the prophet on the way. She mentioned O! Prophet of Allah, I have been noticing for quite some time that you look very sad. She asked why you don’t get married again for someone to look after your household/children. The prophet replied…have you got someone in mind? (Remember his 50 now and have small children in the house) She mentioned that the prophet needs a woman to take care of his house and a companion too. Therefore she mentioned that she think he needed a wife to take care of the family and made 2 proposals, a maiden, and a widow. The maiden was Aisha (RA) daughter of his friend Abu Bakr, and from the Believers there is Sauda who is 50 years of age and a widow…The question is …This Muslim lady who we all think is counseling the prophet intelligently, do you really think she was proposing a 6-year-old girl? Why do men need to marry, for a marital relationship? Then it cannot be fulfilled (for her age?) is it for taking care of kids? Some of the kids in his household were older than Aisha(Ra) is she ( Kaula) suggesting adding one more child to the family? The prophet asked her to propose on his behalf. She went to Abu Bakr's house and put the marriage proposal in front of his wife. She replied, that although Aisha is betrothed for quite some time since we are Muslims now, they don’t seem to be interested anymore in that engagement. If she was really 6 years of age, then it means she was engaged when she was 3 - 4 years old. Can COMMON SENSE…Justify this? When she ( Kaula) found this out she went to Sauda and made the marriage proposal, and was accepted. In the meantime, Abu Bakr went to the family where Aisha( RA) was engaged, and they broke the engagement. Therefore the prophet committed himself to both marriage proposals. He married Sauda. Although both marriage proposals were accepted, he did not marry the younger lady, Aisha, just because he did not want to be unfair to Sauda. He gave preference to Sauda, also because she could appropriately look after the kids. Aisha although married to the prophet did not cohabitate with him for 5 years, until Abu Bakr, her father enquired about it to the prophet. Only then she started living with the prophet. He asked for permission from Sauda if it was ok for Aisha to come live with them, or if she(Sauda) would prefer a separate arrangement. Sauda said she would like to remain in his marriage, then only Aisha (RA) came to live with the prophet So this is the whole event. Is this about the 6-year-old girl, then what did actually happen? In the Arabic language, numbers are READ as broken numbers just like in English. For e.g. 22 (twenty-two, i.e. Twenty and Two) Therefore the age of 16 in Arabic is SIX and TEN. For some reason the 10 dropped out of the ORAL TRADITION and it remain six only. This is the entire story and not FACTUAL that she was (6 or 9). NEITHER THE INTELLECT ACCEPTS IT…. NOR THE EVIDENCE SUPPORTS IT. A famous historian Ibn-e- Khuldoon, stated a principle. If an event is being presented, then 1st based on intellect whether or not it is ACCEPTABLE. Show less Reply Javad says he has presented all the facts… and that there is more other supporting evidence that she was between 16 and 19 when she was married and then went to live with the prophet for a few years after that. You can look up Javad’s book “ MAGMAT” in his article by the name “Age of Syeda Aisha” a great scholar from Deoband has written a detailed book on this topic. The Holy Quran rejects the marriage of immature girls and boys as well as entrusting them with serious responsibilities. The Holy Quran gives a clear definition of adulthood and marriageable age. It states in the verse ( 6:4) of the Holy Quran that when one has attained a good measure of mental maturity. As such, the property of the orphans must be handed over to them when they have mature intellect to properly manage it''. Thus, the Holy Prophet (sa) could not have married a little immature child as it is against the teachings of the Holy Quran. Hazrat Ayesha (ra), when asked to describe the Prophet’s character, answered that his character was the Quran (Abu Dawud). What Prophet of Islam(sa) did was what the Quran taught; what the Quran taught was nothing else than what he did. It is important to note that any Hadith which does not confirm to the teachings of the Quran should be rejected for the obvious reasons that the Quran is the word of God and has been precisely preserved, whereas the Ahadith are collections of sayings of the Holy Prophet (sa) recorded long after the Prophet’s death about one hundred and fifty years. According to various accounts, Ayesha’s age at the time of her marriage to the Prophet of Islam (sa) was between 15 and 19. It is wrongly referred and criticized in media that Hazrat Aisha (blessing be upon him) was a child at the time of her marriage with prophet of Islam(sa). Hazrat Ayesha (ra) was young when she married the Holy Prophet of Islam(sa)and her age was never an issue until it has recently become an issue for Islamophobic writers. Hazrat Ayesha (ra) was engaged to Jubayr Ibn Mutim before the Holy Prophet (sa). According to historian Tabari, Ayesha ’s father, before migrating to Abyssinia in 615 AD, tried to spare her the dangers and discomfort of the journey by solemnizing her marriage to her fiancé. However, the engagement was broken by the bridegroom’s father in fear of persecution because Abu Bakr (ra) had accepted Islam. It is, therefore, reasonable to assume that if Ayesha (ra) was ready to take the responsibility of a wife in 615 AD, she was definitely not a little child ten years later when she married the Prophet. According to most historians, Hazrat Asma, Ayesha’s elder sister was 10 years older than Hazrat Ayeshara. It is narrated that Hazrat Asma (ra) died at the ripe old age of 100 years, 73 years after the migration to Medina. Thus, Hazrat Amsa would have been 27 at the time of the migration,and Ayesha (ra) would have been 17. Under this explanation, Ayesha (ra) would have been married at 19, two years after migration. (Ibn Kathir, Vol 8, Pg 371, Taqribu’l tehzib, Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, Pg 654.)
In holy quran it is said that men can have 4 wives..but prophet has more than that..so it was not also truth?!! Surah 4 An-Nisa, Ayat 6-6 وَابۡتَلُوا الۡيَتٰمٰى حَتّٰىۤ اِذَا بَلَغُوا النِّكَاحَ ۚ فَاِنۡ اٰنَسۡتُمۡ مِّنۡهُمۡ رُشۡدًا فَادۡفَعُوۡۤا اِلَيۡهِمۡ اَمۡوَالَهُمۡۚ وَلَا تَاۡكُلُوۡهَاۤ اِسۡرَافًا وَّبِدَارًا اَنۡ يَّكۡبَرُوۡا ؕ وَمَنۡ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡ ۚ وَمَنۡ كَانَ فَقِيۡرًا فَلۡيَاۡكُلۡ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ ؕ فَاِذَا دَفَعۡتُمۡ اِلَيۡهِمۡ اَمۡوَالَهُمۡ فَاَشۡهِدُوۡا عَلَيۡهِمۡ ؕ وَكَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ حَسِيۡبًا ﴿4:6﴾ (4:6) Test the orphans until they reach the age of marriage, and then if you find them mature of mind hand over to them their property, and do not eat it up by either spending extravagantly or in haste, fearing that they would grow up (and claim it). If the guardian of the orphan is rich let him abstain entirely (from his ward's property); and if he is poor, let him partake of it in a fair measure. When you hand over their property to them let there be witnesses on their behalf. Allah is sufficient to take account (of your deeds. The word "BALAGHUNNIKAAH" is a proof that there is something called "AGE OF MARRIAGE" in Islam. It cannot be arbitrary like 6 years even if it is in HADITH that is correct in ISNAAD (chains) buy incorrect in MATAN (text). There is a dichotomy here if we say that ASMAURRIJAAL is incorrect then all the HADITH fails the test of SAHIH. Moreover, we look other than SUNNI sources like SHIA and ABADHI, then it points towards the fact that there is a problem with the text of Bukhari & Muslim regarding AGE OF AYESHA TO BE SIX at the time of MARRIAGE to our beloved Prophet S.A.W and that the letter 10 was deliberately or negligently dropped from 16 (6 and 10) in Arabic. Ayesha was 10 years younger than Asma bint Abu Bakar. Asma was 100 in 73 A.H according to ASMAURRIJAAL BAAB (MISHKAAT) when she died. AYESHA was 6 in 1 B.H. (before Hijri) according to 3 SHIHA-E-SITTA & she converted to Islam in 13 B.H. / 11 B.H. (First year when our prophet started propagating Islam & she was the 18th/22nd person to convert). THIS MEANS AYESHA CONVERTED TO ISLAM 6/7 YEARS BEFORE HER BIRTH. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Let Stop this wrongdoing, and these are the truth. 🔴 4) Aisha's Islam before Omar Ibn al-Khattab: (This's a clear strong evidence) According to Ibn Hisham's summary of the Prophet's biography of Ibn Ishaq, Aisha (Abu bakr Al Sidiq Family) embrace Islam before Umar Ibn al-Khattab embraced it, which means that she was at least 14 years old at the time of her wedding to the Prophet, peace be upon him, thus dropping the age of 9 years completely. 🔴 5) And This's an ultimate proof: Knowing the Age of Aisha (MOB) by calculations, based on het older Sister Asma (may Allah be pleased with her): According to Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Zinad: Asmaa was ten years older than Aisha (biography of the flags of the nobles, al-Dhahabi: Maj. 2, p. 289, Foundation for the Message, Beirut, 1992). Ibn Katheer also agrees with Ibn Abi al-Zinad’s narration and says that she is - Asma: Ten years older than her sister Aisha (The Beginning and the End, Ibn Katheer Maj. 8, p. 371, Dar Al-Fikr Al-Arabi - Giza 1933). Ibn Katheer agrees with what all historians affirm without disagreement that Asma "witnessed the killing of her son during that year (73 AH), as previously mentioned, and five days later she died. And like other accounts, she did not die after 5 days, but rather after 10 or 20 days, or a few days later, or even a hundred days after the accident, so that the most likely story remains that she died a hundred days later, when she is 100 years old. (Beginning and End Ibn Katheer, Mug 8, p. 372, Dar Al-Fikr Al-Arabi, Giza 1933). And bin Hajar Al-Asqalani narrates that “Asma bint Abi Bakr Al-Siddiq [That Al-Nitaqain], the wife of Al-Zubayr bin Al-Awam, one of the great companions, lived a hundred years and died in the year of seventy-three (Al-Tahdheeb, Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, p. 654, chapter on Women, Harf) a thousand). According to the opinion of most historians, Asma, Aisha's older sister were ten years older than the last, and if Asma 'reached the 100 years of Hijra, then her age at the time of the migration would necessarily be 27 years old, and therefore Aisha’s age at that time would be 17 years old, and she also began living Along with the Prophet and she was 19 or 20 years old. Based on the narrations of Ibn Hajar, Ibn Katheer and Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Al-Zinad, the age of Aisha at the time of her marriage to the Prophet was between 19 and 20 years at least. 🔴 6) The date of Aisha's death determines the date of her marriage: It is also mentioned in Al Maarif by Ibn Qutaybah that Aisha, the mother of the believers, died in 58 AH at the age of 77. Thus, the age of Aisha, the mother of the believers, immediately before the emigration, was 19 years (77-58), and since she married to the noble Messenger in the second year of the Hijra..so she was 21 years old at that time. Even if we take the minimum approach, the presence of other accounts in other historical sources that determine Aisha’s age at 66 years of age, assuming that her age was only 5 years + 12 years (from the fourth year before the mission until the second year of migration) = 17 years at least. 🔴 7) Sahih al-Bukhari prooves Aisha's age: This's another narration confirms for us Aisha's participation in the Battle of Uhud. “Anas narates that on Uhud: I saw Aisha bint Abi Bakr and Umm Salim, rolled their hands ready (Sleeves) - I witness the work of their arms - transport water containers on their bodies, empty them into the mouths of the people, then return and fill it, then come and empty it into the mouths of the people (Bukhari, Al-Fath. No. (2880). This is a clear evidence of their grown age. Her age and her ability to serve the army during the Battle of Uhud. (As it's well known fact the Messenger never allow young children to participate in battles). Thus, it is confirmed once again that Aisha witnessed the battles of Uhud and Badr. 🔴 8) Al-Bukhari narrates to us in another hadith: On the authority of Yahya bin Saeed, said that Nafeh said, on the authority of Ibn Omar, May Allah be pleased with them, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he offered himself to the messenger on the day of Uhud when he was fourteen years old, and Messenger didn't allow him, and offered himself at the Ahzab, and he was allowed at the age of 15. (Kitab Al-Maghazi, Chapter of the Battle of Al-Khandaq, which is the Ahzab or Trench). This is a very strong evidence that the Prophet, peace be upon him, was not permitting to let someone under the age of fifteen in the Battles. 🌟This is evidence that the age of 9 years has no validity at all. 🔴 9) Participation in the battle of Badr: In Sahih Muslim, a narration confirms Aisha's participation in the battle of Badr and is attributed to Aisha in the course of her discussion of her trip to Badr and about an important accident that occurred while traveling: “... even if we were in the tree ....” Which is clear evidence that she was among the delegation Traveling towards Badr, and the Prophet does not take children with him. Even though it is not true that Aicha was 6 years old when she was old with Mohammed. Let's just say that she was and this was not considered strange at that time in culture. The Quran indicates that a marriage with an immature (not only physically but also mentally) cannot and should not be. Please read the verse 6 of surah Nisaa. (4:6) In it you read that when an orphan grows up with you one should return her possessions (which are inherited from her parents) IF SHE has reached THE AGE OF MARRIAGE (Niqaah). In addition, it is also indicated that you must test HER/HIS ADULT (in Arabic Rushd). An example you say to that orphan ''Listen that piece of land your father left for you do you want to trade it with me for the latest model Iphone?'' and she says ''yes''. Then you know that she is not mentally mature. So if the hadith addicts come to their senses, they will at least no longer say that in Islam it is allowed to marry an immature (ie not only physically but also mentally) person.

Each chapter has a bewildering array of topics. 3. It is very repetitive. The story of Moses is told 39 times. 4. There is no context to many verses. This is very confusing. 5. It is contradictory. The sum total is that the Koran is confusing, contradictory, makes no sense, and is strange, violent, threatening and unpleasant. It’s difficult to understand and daunting to read. According to the biography of Asma the older sister; Aysha was 10 years younger than Asma. And at the time of Hijri; Asma born in 595 AD, was 27 years old . In its classic form a Hadith consists of two parts: - the chain of narrators who have transmitted the report (the isnad), and the main text of the report (the matn). - Individual Hadith are classified by Muslim clerics and jurists into categories such as Sahih ("authentic"), Hasan ("good"), or Da'if ("weak").
There are many Hadith, in English, about Aisha's age they generally state as this Hadith does : "It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was six years old, and consummated the marriage with her when she was nine." Grade: Sahih (Darussalam) Reference : Sunan an-Nasa'i 3255 It is graded as Sahih by some. These Hadith were transmitted by Hishaam ibn Urwa or sometimes it's just stated Hishaam, one and the same person. When Hishaam grew old his memory suffered very badly and it was then that he transmitted these Hadith. In the science of Hadith there are five conditions that must be met in order for a hadith to be graded as Sahih. One of the conditions is that the narrator have a high precision of memory. Hishaam had a very bad memory and therefore doesn't meet the criteria in fact as his memory was very bad the Hadith is Apocryphal, Daef or false. There is a Hadith transmitted by Umaartubnu Ghazeyah but he is listed as being Daef and therefore the Hadith is Daef. The Hadith such as these are Apocryphal, Daef or false and many people do not know. Asma, Aisha's sister, was 10 years older than Aisha. Asma died in 73 AH at 100. Which makes Aisha around 17 at the time of Hijra to Medina. She was conducted to her husband, Peace be upon him in Shawwal ( 10th lunar month in 1AH) making her 18 years and 10 months old. In The Holy Qur'an Allah says "...Marry who seem good to you from THE WOMEN...' 4:3 Marry THE WOMEN NOT CHILDREN.

I'm not interested at all in books of tafseer especially when they contradict Qur'anic text, in which it clearly states that a person is only permitted marital status and acceptance once they've reached their "majority"! Most books of tafseer borrowed quite heavily from the corrupted scriptures of the Torah and Injeel, from which we as Muslim are strictly forbidden to use to validate Qur'anic text, and that is by Divine Decree. At- Tabarri lived just over 300 years after the death of Nabi Muhammad pbuh. He again based much of his tafseer on the sayings of Abdullah ibn Abbas, who was a mere 10 yrs of age when the Prophet died. Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, An-Nasia, much later. Who and on what authority did they make writings of Bukhari and Muslim "sahih"? The text of Qur'an didn't!

Iddah, or three month waiting period is a time requested by Allah for RELEASING A BELIEVING WOMAN... (non Muslim women have no rights and there are no obligation towards them...) And this waiting period is to make sure she isn't pregnant... In Sura 33:39 Allah clearly explains that waiting period isn't necessary if the man hasn't touched the women... And in Sura 65:4, towards end of it, Allah confirms that the wife can be released straight after she gives birth... A very caring God indeed... With regard to females, the father may give his minor, virgin daughter who has not yet reached the age of nine in marriage, and there is no difference of opinion concerning that, if he gives her in marriage to someone who is compatible. Ibn al-Mundhir said: All of those scholars from whom we acquired knowledge unanimously agreed that it is permissible for a father to give his minor daughter in marriage if he arranges her to someone who is compatible, and it is permissible for him to do that even if she is reluctant. Sahih al-Bukhari 5134: "that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death)" There is not reason to burn Sahih al-Bukhari, as false text, isn't there?
Contradictions in the hadith book, although Bukhari is still possible. Because of the problem of transmission lines. Like the hadith of Aisha's marriage age narrated by Hisham bin Urwan, while Bukhari never met Hisham. Hisham had died while Bukhari was not yet born. It is very likely that Bukhari took the hadith of Aisha's age from the Iraqi people which is possibly biased by the case of Shiites who hate Aisha. What can be taken for sure from the hadith book is how to pray, fast, zakat, hajj, and other worship.

Sahih al-Bukhari 476 Narrated `Aisha: (the wife of the Prophet) I had seen my parents following Islam since I attained the age of puberty. Not a day passed but the Prophet (ﷺ) visited us, both in the mornings and evenings. My father Abu Bakr thought of building a mosque in the courtyard of his house and he did so. He used to pray and recite the Qur'an in it. The pagan women and their children used to stand by him and look at him with surprise. Abu Bakr was a Softhearted person and could not help weeping while reciting the Qur'an. 5 reasons why Aisha was at least 18 years old when she got married to the Prophet Muhammad (pubs): 1- In Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Manaaqib, it is narrated that Aisha said: لم أعقل أبوي قط إلا وهما يدينان الدين ولم يمر علينا يوم إلا يأتينا فيه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم طرفي النهار بكرة وعشية فلما ابتلي المسلمون خرج أبو بكر مهاجرا قبل الحبشة “I became conscious of the world after my parents had accepted Islam. And every day, the Prophet (pbuh) would visit us twice, earlier and later in the day. After the community went through severe trials (when Islam was publicly pronounced) Abu-Bakr decided to head to Abyssinia (to flee persecution ) When does a child reach the age of consciousness? At least at the age of 5 or 6 right? Aisha was telling her memories, remembering the Prophet’s visits to her house when she was young. The trials of the Muslims started with the public pronouncement of Islam, which happened in the 3rd year of the Prophet’s mission. This precipitated a severe wave of persecution for the Muslims. They had no choice but to flee Mecca in the 5th year of Islam. This indicates that by the 5th year, Aisha was at least 7 or 8 years old. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she must have been at least 15 or 16. If she got married to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) over 2 years after Hijra, then she must have been at least 18 when it happened. 2- In Bukhari, Kitab Tafseer-ul-Quran, it is narrated that Aisha (RA) said: لقد أنزل على محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بمكة وإني لجارية ألعب بل الساعة موعدهم والساعة أدهى وأمر “It was revealed to the Prophet (pbuh) in Mecca, while I was a still playing as a child, the ayah [from surat al-Qamar]: “The last hour is the time when they shall truly meet their fate; and that last hour will be most calamitous, and most bitter”(Quran 54:46). So Aisha was conscious enough to understand the verses of the Quran and remember their meaning. Surat al-Qamar was revealed in the 6th year of the Prophet’s mission as Qurtubi mentioned. Now how old Aisha must have been at the time? At least 8 or 9 I would say. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she was at least 15 or 16 at the time, which puts her at the age of 17 or 18 when she got married. 3- Imam Ahmad narrates the circumstances of Aisha’s marriage to the Prophet (pbuh). He says that al-Mut’am b. A’dy proposed to her for his son Jubayr. When the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) approached Abu-Bakr asking for her hand in marriage, he told him that another family already approached him about the same thing and that he had to honor that. Later, Abu Bakr met al-Mut’am and his wife. He sensed hesitate from the mother of Jubayr. She said: “أخشى أن تُصبأ عائشةُ جبيرا” or “I worry Aisha would convert my son Jubayr to Islam". Abu Bakr asked the father about it, and he said that he had a similar concern as his wife. The marriage was called off and Abu Bakr told the Prophet (pbuh) That Aisha was available. How old must she have been in order to have this kind of influence? She must have been a charismatic, eloquent adult for Jubayr’s family to be concerned that she might convert their son to Islam. She definitely was not a child. 4- Muhammad b. Is’haaq, the great historian and biographer of Islam, and the teacher of ibn-Hishaam and Tabari, created a list of the first people that accepted Islam in his book as-Seera an-Nabawiyyah. He places Aisha at #19. Since the first 20 conversions must have happened in the first year, then Aisha was at least 5 years old to have that kind of consciousness (she was probably older). If she was at least 5 in the first year, then at Hijra she was at least 18 right? Which puts her at the age of 20 when she got married to the Prophet (pbuh) two years later. 5- Historians agree that Asmaa’, Aisha’s sister، was at least 27 during Hijra, as referenced by the great historian and biographer ibn-ul Atheer in his book Ussd-ul-Ghaba. No-one is lying about her age listen to the complete debate. The scholars are examining the narrations and disqualifying some common misconceptions. Yes, Ayesha played with dolls according to the narration, but the Bukhari hadith does not say she was married to the prophet then. It says I played at the presence... So it's impossible to tell the time frame this happened or whether it was not in her father's house who the prophet's close friend.

It's not so easy so conclude that way. The Quran is sufficient for a person to know what to do in order to attain salvation. The hadith however, one has to go on a case to case basis and try to understand the context of each hadith. Many people have misinterpreted hadith because they didn't know the context or they have an agenda. Just by the voice of reason one can determine which hadith is sahih or not.

This was one of the points that always bothered me. I am so happy that this has been cleared. All the scholars who lie should be ashamed of themselves, they are embarrassing Muslims in front of the world.
Sahih International: "And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women - if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated. ..."
The verse clearly makes a distinction between those who used to menstruate, but have grown old, and those who have not menstruated yet.
If you can divorce a girl before she has menstruated, you can obviously also marry her before she has menstruated.
Additionally, the Qur'an makes it very clear that the waiting period does not apply, unless you have consummated the marriage, thereby we know very clearly that sexual relations with prepubescent girls is permissible:
Sahih International: "O You who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. ..."
If you are not convinced that I have treated the first verse honestly, then here are a couple more translations of the verse:
Mohsin Khan: "And those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the 'Iddah (prescribed period), if you have doubts (about their periods), is three months, and for those who have no courses [( *i.e. they are still immature* ) their 'Iddah (prescribed period) is three months likewise, except in case of death]. ..:"
Arberry: "As for your women who have despaired of further menstruating, if you are in doubt, their period shall be three months; and those who have not menstruated as *yet.* ..:"
If you somehow still aren't convinced, then I refer you to one of the most important tafsirs, Tafsir al-Jalalayn:
"And as for those of your women who read allā’ī or allā’i in both instances no longer expect to menstruate if you have any doubts about their waiting period their prescribed waiting period shall be three months and also for those who have not yet menstruated *because of their young age* their period shall also be three months"
Since we both obviously are well aware that the Hadith clearly state that A'isha was 9 at the time of consummation, then we both know that the Sunnah also supports this.
If the *Qur'an* + *Tafsir* + *Sunnah* all agree that it is permissible, then accusing scholars of dishonesty for affirming the clear text of these hadiths is simply not reasonable.

According to the biography of Asma the older sister; Aysha was 10 years younger than Asma.
And at the time of Hijri; Asma born in 595 AD, was 27 years old . The prophet married Aysha 2 years after hijri which makes her 19 years old. (27-10+2=19)

Aysha born - 605 AD
Hijrah - 622 AD
Marriage to the prophet - 624 AD

The Talmud was written 2,000 years after the life of Abraham, by a diverse assortment of *normal* rabbis, not a single one of which was a prophet.

This makes soo much sense. Arabs had an oral history, not a written one. It's been documented in psychological studies that people always exaggerate details to invoke reactions. In the case of Noah and the flood. Instead of saying it was a regional flood, it was a global flood. When people tell stories about catching a fish, the size of the fish increases in every retelling. When Fisherman saw giant squid in Norway, they told stories of Monsters that look like squid, the Kraken. I know in present day, in my home country people cannot accurately tell you how old they are. They estimate based on their relatives or what they last remember. The idea that Aisha(r.a) and Khadijah(r.a)'s ages were exaggerated seems much more likely than their exact ages being well known and drastically different than the norm. This was a great video.
Aisha Ra was known to be jealous and possessive of the Prophet pbuh, and what she had going for her that none of Muhammad’s other wives had was that she was a virgin when he married her. The rest of Muhammad’s wives were divorcees or widows, and older than him. So, Aishah, when recounting these stories about when she married the Prophet may have motivated to make herself sound younger than she was.
It's not to say that our mother Aisha RA wasn't an intelligent person, or dishonest, but I don't think she knew that something she said to someone in passing was going to be written down decades later and immortalized.

As for the Prophet he has never married a 6 or an 8-year-old, I promise you it's the biggest lie ever perpetrated against him. 1) Aisha was engaged two years before to someone else. 2) Aisha was at least 19 going on 20 when she married the Prophet there are many ways to successfully determine this.
Asma (ra) was the eldest sister of Aisha (ra) she was 10 years older than her. Asma died in the year 73 AH (After Hijra) (immigration year) She died when she was 100 years old. Now: Asma died in the year 73 aged 100 100 - 73 = 27: Correct? Asma is older than Aisha by ten years
So Aisha was 17 years old in the first year of hijra She moved in with the Prophet 2 years after the Hijra which makes her 19 years old going on 20. Another more revealing detail was that Aisha was present on the battlefield of most major battles. In the Islamic traditions of the time, anyone under the age of 15 for boys and 16 for girls was NOT ALLOWED anywhere near the fighting.
Aisha was on the battlefield taking water to the injured and dying with other girls, those goatskins were very heavy to carry if she were a child she wouldn't be able to do that. Aisha narrated what happened during the revelation of the Surat the Moon (Al Qamar) she explained what happened that day, if she were 9 years when she married the Prophet she would have been an infant when the Surat was revealed and it is impossible for an infant to narrate or remember anything as technically and scientifically speaking his memory was not yet fully formed.
There are many other ways to determine that this is a lie, made up, note one other thing. Most of these lies were reported by Ibn Ishaq who was known to lie and not to be reliable since his versions don't have any Isnad. For instance, Isnad is the chain of narration that has never been broken. As I said there is another way to show that Aisha was NOT a child she was a young woman, and she loved him and was extremely jealous.

Let me share some of my research with you too on this very sensitive topic.... There was NO … historian in the 1st 80-90 years of Islam who sat down to write history. This history was written down through oral traditions after about 100 years. These oral traditions were common among the people of the time. These are the same oral traditions that our Hadith scholars use to compile their history books. These are the same narrations that our historians use in their books. After researching and reviewing said…( Javad Ahmad Ghamidi) these narrations some people had try to formulate our history. For that reason, it became popular knowledge that Aisha ( RA) was 6 years of age at the time of marriage and 9 years at the time of consummation. Javad has written an article in his book called “ MAGAMAT” and has presented questions in it. These questions are based on the same sources that historians have compiled based on oral traditions. Let me mention those sources to you…. Then you tell me what is been said in those sources (does it really sound plausible)
This entire event and how it is been described is sourced from the first history book “ Tabqat Ibn -e- Sa’ad” it is said about Aisha(RA) one can read the translation of it and, Javad, explain that he has presented his points from this source in his article.
So what is the event?
The prophet married his 1st wife Khadija, it is said she was a widow who had children and was about 38-40 years old. They stay married for a long time (25 years) until the prophet was 50 years old and passed away. The prophet continued preaching but also had to provide and take care of the children. With all these responsibilities he used to be worried, and grieving the loss of his wife. It is been said that a female Muslim named “ Khaula” met the prophet on the way. She mentioned O! Prophet of Allah, I have been noticing for quite some time that you look very sad. She asked why you don’t get married again for someone to look after your household/children. The prophet replied…have you got someone in mind? (Remember his 50 now and have small children in the house) She mentioned that the prophet needs a woman to take care of his house and a companion too. Therefore she mentioned that she think he needed a wife to take care of the family and made 2 proposals, a maiden, and a widow.
The maiden was Aisha (RA) daughter of his friend Abu Bakr, and from the Believers there is Sauda who is 50 years of age and a widow…The question is …This Muslim lady who we all think is counseling the prophet intelligently, do you really think she was proposing a 6-year-old girl? Why do men need to marry, for a marital relationship? Then it cannot be fulfilled (for her age?) is it for taking care of kids? Some of the kids in his household were older than Aisha(Ra) is she ( Kaula) suggesting adding one more child to the family? The prophet asked her to propose on his behalf. She went to Abu Bakr's house and put the marriage proposal in front of his wife. She replied, that although Aisha is betrothed for quite some time since we are Muslims now, they don’t seem to be interested anymore in that engagement. If she was really 6 years of age, then it means she was engaged when she was 3 - 4 years old. Can COMMON SENSE…Justify this?
When she ( Kaula) found this out she went to Sauda and made the marriage proposal, and was accepted. In the meantime, Abu Bakr went to the family where Aisha( RA) was engaged, and they broke the engagement. Therefore the prophet committed himself to both marriage proposals. He married Sauda. Although both marriage proposals were accepted, he did not marry the younger lady, Aisha, just because he did not want to be unfair to Sauda. He gave preference to Sauda, also because she could appropriately look after the kids. Aisha although married to the prophet did not cohabitate with him for 5 years, until Abu Bakr, her father enquired about it to the prophet. Only then she started living with the prophet. He asked for permission from Sauda if it was ok for Aisha to come live with them, or if she(Sauda) would prefer a separate arrangement. Sauda said she would like to remain in his marriage, then only Aisha (RA) came to live with the prophet So this is the whole event. Is this about the 6-year-old girl, then what did actually happen?
In the Arabic language, numbers are READ as broken numbers just like in English. For e.g. 22 (twenty-two, i.e. Twenty and Two) Therefore the age of 16 in Arabic is SIX and TEN. For some reason the 10 dropped out of the ORAL TRADITION and it remain six only. This is the entire story and not FACTUAL that she was (6 or 9). NEITHER THE INTELLECT ACCEPTS IT…. NOR THE EVIDENCE SUPPORTS IT. A famous historian Ibn-e- Khuldoon, stated a principle. If an event is being presented, then 1st based on intellect whether or not it is ACCEPTABLE.

Javad says he has presented all the facts… and that there is more other supporting evidence that she was between 16 and 19 when she was married and then went to live with the prophet for a few years after that.
You can look up Javad’s book “ MAGMAT” in his article by the name “Age of Syeda Aisha” a great scholar from Deoband has written a detailed book on this topic.

The Holy Quran rejects the marriage of immature girls and boys as well as entrusting them with serious responsibilities. The Holy Quran gives a clear definition of adulthood and marriageable age. It states in the verse ( 6:4) of the Holy Quran that when one has attained a good measure of mental maturity. As such, the property of the orphans must be handed over to them when they have mature intellect to properly manage it''.
Thus, the Holy Prophet (sa) could not have married a little immature child as it is against the teachings of the Holy Quran. Hazrat Ayesha (ra), when asked to describe the Prophet’s character, answered that his character was the Quran (Abu Dawud).
What Prophet of Islam(sa) did was what the Quran taught; what the Quran taught was nothing else than what he did. It is important to note that any Hadith which does not confirm to the teachings of the Quran should be rejected for the obvious reasons that the Quran is the word of God and has been precisely preserved, whereas the Ahadith are collections of sayings of the Holy Prophet (sa) recorded long after the Prophet’s death about one hundred and fifty years.
According to various accounts, Ayesha’s age at the time of her marriage to the Prophet of Islam (sa) was between 15 and 19. It is wrongly referred and criticized in media that Hazrat Aisha (blessing be upon him) was a child at the time of her marriage with prophet of Islam(sa). Hazrat Ayesha (ra) was young when she married the Holy Prophet of Islam(sa)and her age was never an issue until it has recently become an issue for Islamophobic writers.
Hazrat Ayesha (ra) was engaged to Jubayr Ibn Mutim before the Holy Prophet (sa). According to historian Tabari, Ayesha ’s father, before migrating to Abyssinia in 615 AD, tried to spare her the dangers and discomfort of the journey by solemnizing her marriage to her fiancé. However, the engagement was broken by the bridegroom’s father in fear of persecution because Abu Bakr (ra) had accepted Islam. It is, therefore, reasonable to assume that if Ayesha (ra) was ready to take the responsibility of a wife in 615 AD, she was definitely not a little child ten years later when she married the Prophet.
According to most historians, Hazrat Asma, Ayesha’s elder sister was 10 years older than Hazrat Ayeshara. It is narrated that Hazrat Asma (ra) died at the ripe old age of 100 years, 73 years after the migration to Medina. Thus, Hazrat Amsa would have been 27 at the time of the migration,and Ayesha (ra) would have been 17. Under this explanation, Ayesha (ra) would have been married at 19, two years after migration. (Ibn Kathir, Vol 8, Pg 371, Taqribu’l tehzib, Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, Pg 654.)

If the guardian of the orphan is rich let him abstain entirely (from his ward's property); and if he is poor, let him partake of it in a fair measure. When you hand over their property to them let there be witnesses on their behalf. Allah is sufficient to take account (of your deeds.
The word "BALAGHUNNIKAAH" is a proof that there is something called "AGE OF MARRIAGE" in Islam. It cannot be arbitrary like 6 years even if it is in HADITH that is correct in ISNAAD (chains) buy incorrect in MATAN (text).
There is a dichotomy here if we say that ASMAURRIJAAL is incorrect then all the HADITH fails the test of SAHIH. Moreover, we look other than SUNNI sources like SHIA and ABADHI, then it points towards the fact that there is a problem with the text of Bukhari & Muslim regarding AGE OF AYESHA TO BE SIX at the time of MARRIAGE to our beloved Prophet S.A.W and that the letter 10 was deliberately or negligently dropped from 16 (6 and 10) in Arabic.
Ayesha was 10 years younger than Asma bint Abu Bakar. Asma was 100 in 73 A.H according to ASMAURRIJAAL BAAB (MISHKAAT) when she died.
AYESHA was 6 in 1 B.H. (before Hijri) according to 3 SHIHA-E-SITTA & she converted to Islam in 13 B.H. / 11 B.H. (First year when our prophet started propagating Islam & she was the 18th/22nd person to convert).
THIS MEANS AYESHA CONVERTED TO ISLAM 6/7 YEARS BEFORE HER BIRTH.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

🔴 4) Aisha's Islam before Omar Ibn al-Khattab: (This's a clear strong evidence)
According to Ibn Hisham's summary of the Prophet's biography of Ibn Ishaq, Aisha (Abu bakr Al Sidiq Family) embrace Islam before Umar Ibn al-Khattab embraced it, which means that she was at least 14 years old at the time of her wedding to the Prophet, peace be upon him, thus dropping the age of 9 years completely.

Knowing the Age of Aisha (MOB) by calculations, based on het older Sister Asma (may Allah be pleased with her):
According to Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Zinad: Asmaa was ten years older than Aisha (biography of the flags of the nobles, al-Dhahabi: Maj. 2, p. 289, Foundation for the Message, Beirut, 1992). Ibn Katheer also agrees with Ibn Abi al-Zinad’s narration and says that she is - Asma: Ten years older than her sister Aisha (The Beginning and the End, Ibn Katheer Maj. 8, p. 371, Dar Al-Fikr Al-Arabi - Giza 1933).
Ibn Katheer agrees with what all historians affirm without disagreement that Asma "witnessed the killing of her son during that year (73 AH), as previously mentioned, and five days later she died. And like other accounts, she did not die after 5 days, but rather after 10 or 20 days, or a few days later, or even a hundred days after the accident, so that the most likely story remains that she died a hundred days later, when she is 100 years old. (Beginning and End Ibn Katheer, Mug 8, p. 372, Dar Al-Fikr Al-Arabi, Giza 1933).
And bin Hajar Al-Asqalani narrates that “Asma bint Abi Bakr Al-Siddiq [That Al-Nitaqain], the wife of Al-Zubayr bin Al-Awam, one of the great companions, lived a hundred years and died in the year of seventy-three (Al-Tahdheeb, Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, p. 654, chapter on Women, Harf) a thousand).
According to the opinion of most historians, Asma, Aisha's older sister were ten years older than the last, and if Asma 'reached the 100 years of Hijra, then her age at the time of the migration would necessarily be 27 years old, and therefore Aisha’s age at that time would be 17 years old, and she also began living Along with the Prophet and she was 19 or 20 years old. Based on the narrations of Ibn Hajar, Ibn Katheer and Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Al-Zinad, the age of Aisha at the time of her marriage to the Prophet was between 19 and 20 years at least.
🔴 6) The date of Aisha's death determines the date of her marriage:
It is also mentioned in Al Maarif by Ibn Qutaybah that Aisha, the mother of the believers, died in 58 AH at the age of 77. Thus, the age of Aisha, the mother of the believers, immediately before the emigration, was 19 years (77-58), and since she married to the noble Messenger in the second year of the Hijra..so she was 21 years old at that time.
Even if we take the minimum approach, the presence of other accounts in other historical sources that determine Aisha’s age at 66 years of age, assuming that her age was only 5 years + 12 years (from the fourth year before the mission until the second year of migration) = 17 years at least.
🔴 7) Sahih al-Bukhari prooves Aisha's age:
This's another narration confirms for us Aisha's participation in the Battle of Uhud. “Anas narates that on Uhud: I saw Aisha bint Abi Bakr and Umm Salim, rolled their hands ready (Sleeves) - I witness the work of their arms - transport water containers on their bodies, empty them into the mouths of the people, then return and fill it, then come and empty it into the mouths of the people (Bukhari, Al-Fath. No. (2880).
This is a clear evidence of their grown age. Her age and her ability to serve the army during the Battle of Uhud. (As it's well known fact the Messenger never allow young children to participate in battles).
Thus, it is confirmed once again that Aisha witnessed the battles of Uhud and Badr.
🔴 8) Al-Bukhari narrates to us in another hadith:
On the authority of Yahya bin Saeed, said that Nafeh said, on the authority of Ibn Omar, May Allah be pleased with them, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he offered himself to the messenger on the day of Uhud when he was fourteen years old, and Messenger didn't allow him, and offered himself at the Ahzab, and he was allowed at the age of 15.
(Kitab Al-Maghazi, Chapter of the Battle of Al-Khandaq, which is the Ahzab or Trench).
This is a very strong evidence that the Prophet, peace be upon him, was not permitting to let someone under the age of fifteen in the Battles.
🌟This is evidence that the age of 9 years has no validity at all.
🔴 9) Participation in the battle of Badr:
In Sahih Muslim, a narration confirms Aisha's participation in the battle of Badr and is attributed to Aisha in the course of her discussion of her trip to Badr and about an important accident that occurred while traveling: “... even if we were in the tree ....” Which is clear evidence that she was among the delegation Traveling towards Badr, and the Prophet does not take children with him. (The Book of fighting and travel).

Even though it is not true that Aicha was 6 years old when she was old with Mohammed. Let's just say that she was and this was not considered strange at that time in culture. The Quran indicates that a marriage with an immature (not only physically but also mentally) cannot and should not be.
Please read the verse 6 of surah Nisaa. (4:6) In it you read that when an orphan grows up with you one should return her possessions (which are inherited from her parents) IF SHE has reached THE AGE OF MARRIAGE (Niqaah). In addition, it is also indicated that you must test HER/HIS ADULT (in Arabic Rushd). An example you say to that orphan ''Listen that piece of land your father left for you do you want to trade it with me for the latest model Iphone?'' and she says ''yes''. Then you know that she is not mentally mature. So if the hadith addicts come to their senses, they will at least no longer say that in Islam it is allowed to marry an immature (ie not only physically but also mentally) person.

1. It is arranged from the longest chapter to the shortest chapter. This destroyed the story of the Koran. Uthman was too lazy to put it back the way it was.
2. Each chapter has a bewildering array of topics.
3. It is very repetitive. The story of Moses is told 39 times.
4. There is no context to many verses. This is very confusing.
5. It is contradictory.
The sum total is that the Koran is confusing, contradictory, makes no sense, and is strange, violent, threatening and unpleasant. It’s difficult to understand and daunting to read.
In conclusion, as you said, what a mess, but that doesn’t matter most Muslims never read or understand it.

According to the biography of Asma the older sister; Aysha was 10 years younger than Asma.
And at the time of Hijri; Asma born in 595 AD, was 27 years old . The prophet married Aysha 2 years after hijri which makes her 19 years old. (27-10+2=19)

There are many Hadith, in English, about Aisha's age they generally state as this Hadith does :
"It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was six years old, and consummated the marriage with her when she was nine."
Grade: Sahih (Darussalam)
Reference : Sunan an-Nasa'i 3255
It is graded as Sahih by some.
These Hadith were transmitted by Hishaam ibn Urwa or sometimes it's just stated Hishaam, one and the same person.
When Hishaam grew old his memory suffered very badly and it was then that he transmitted these Hadith.
In the science of Hadith there are five conditions that must be met in order for a hadith to be graded as Sahih. One of the conditions is that the narrator have a high precision of memory.
Hishaam had a very bad memory and therefore doesn't meet the criteria in fact as his memory was very bad the Hadith is Apocryphal, Daef or false.
There is a Hadith transmitted by Umaartubnu Ghazeyah but he is listed as being Daef and therefore the Hadith is Daef.
The Hadith such as these are Apocryphal, Daef or false and many people do not know.
Asma, Aisha's sister, was 10 years older than Aisha. Asma died in 73 AH at 100. Which makes Aisha around 17 at the time of Hijra to Medina. She was conducted to her husband, Peace be upon him in Shawwal ( 10th lunar month in 1AH) making her 18 years and 10 months old.
In The Holy Qur'an Allah says

I'm not interested at all in books of tafseer especially when they contradict Qur'anic text, in which it clearly states that a person is only permitted marital status and acceptance once they've reached their "majority"! Physically and mentally. Most books of tafseer borrowed quite heavily from the corrupted scriptures of the Torah and Injeel, from which we as Muslim are strictly forbidden to use to validate Qur'anic text, and that is by Divine Decree.
At- Tabarri lived just over 300 years after the death of Nabi Muhammad pbuh. He again based much of his tafseer on the sayings of Abdullah ibn Abbas, who was a mere 10 yrs of age when the Prophet died. Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, An-Nasia, much later. Who and on what authority did they make writings of Bukhari and Muslim "sahih"?

2/ Sura 65:4 In this verse Allah declares that the Iddah, or the three month waiting period
equally applies to those who have stopped menstruating and to those who haven't started yet.
Iddah, or three month waiting period is a time requested by Allah for RELEASING A BELIEVING WOMAN... (non Muslim women have no rights and there are no obligation towards them...) And this waiting period is to make sure she isn't pregnant... In Sura 33:39 Allah clearly explains that waiting period isn't necessary if the man hasn't touched the women...
And in Sura 65:4, towards end of it, Allah confirms that the wife can be released straight after she gives birth... A very caring God indeed...
With regard to females, the father may give his minor, virgin daughter who has not yet reached the age of nine in marriage, and there is no difference of opinion concerning that, if he gives her in marriage to someone who is compatible. Ibn al-Mundhir said: All of those scholars from whom we acquired knowledge unanimously agreed that it is permissible for a father to give his minor daughter in marriage if he arranges her to someone who is compatible, and it is permissible for him to do that even if she is reluctant.

Sahih al-Bukhari 5134: "that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death)"

Contradictions in the hadith book, although Bukhari is still possible. Because of the problem of transmission lines. Like the hadith of Aisha's marriage age narrated by Hisham bin Urwan, while Bukhari never met Hisham. Hisham had died while Bukhari was not yet born. It is very likely that Bukhari took the hadith of Aisha's age from the Iraqi people which is possibly biased by the case of Shiites who hate Aisha.
What can be taken for sure from the hadith book is how to pray, fast, zakat, hajj, and other worship.

The Quran equates marriageable age to a mature and sound judgment:
“And test the orphans [in your charge] until they reach a marriageable age; then, if you find them to be mature of mind/sound in judgment, hand over to them their possessions…” (Quran, 4:6)
Please pay close attention here. Marriageable age is equated to sound judgment; an age in which a person can responsibly handle their possessions. For heaven’s sake, are you really trying to tell me that a person is sound in judgment at the tender age of, say, 9 Give me a break!

Again, if Aisha was 19 years old and not 6 or 9 years old when Prophet Muhammad married her and had sex with her, then Abu Bakr, Umm Ruman's second husband after her first husband (Al-Harith ibn Sakharah) died in 595/601AD, wasn't her biological father, and Prophet Muhammad married her and had sex with her in his grave in 633AD, one year after he died on June 8, 632 and Aisha must have been a sociological child.
Remember that Umm Ruman was 38 years old when Aisha was born in 614, 14 years after she got married to Abu Bakr. Aisha was born in 614 and died in July 678.

The birth of Aisha has nothing to do with Abu Bakir's conversion to Islam in 610AD. In the year 620 AD, Prophet Muhammad married Aisha. How old was Aisha if she was born in 613/614 and married Muhmmad in 620AD? If Aisha was 19 years old when Muhammad married her, then Muhammad married her in 633AD, despite the fact that Muhammad died on June 8, 632 at the age of 63. If you want Aisha's age of 19 to work for you, you must change Muhammad's birthdate, Umm Ruman's birth and death dates, and the beginning of Islam.

MY ANSWER: For your information, in original Arabic, it doesn’t say “PUBERTY”. In Classical Arabic, the word 'aeqil أَعْقِلْ is related to the word for intelligence. So it means, “I am aware,” “I understand,” “I remember,” etc. It is a mental quality and has nothing to do with the body.
The word derives from “eaql” عقل which means mind and “eaqil” عاقل which means “reasonable.” It is not related to menstruation. The Arabic for “menstruation” is completely different: “alhayd” الحيض.
There are three hadiths describing the same story, but correctly translated to “remember” and attributes to the mind.
SAHIH A-BUKHARI 6079: “I do not remember my parents believing in any religion other than the Religion (of Islam)”
SAHIH A-BUKHARI 2297: “Since I reached the age when I could remember things, I have seen my parents worshipping according to the right faith of Islam.”

As far I understand the Qur'an, not only the menarche in case of female (the first menstrual period in a female adolescent) and ejaculation of semen in case of male or their particular age but the physical and mental maturity is important for marriage.

5 reasons why Aisha was at least 18 years old when she got married to the Prophet Muhammad (pubs):
1- In Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Manaaqib, it is narrated that Aisha said:
لم أعقل أبوي قط إلا وهما يدينان الدين ولم يمر علينا يوم إلا يأتينا فيه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم طرفي النهار بكرة وعشية فلما ابتلي المسلمون خرج أبو بكر مهاجرا قبل الحبشة
“I became conscious of the world after my parents had accepted Islam. And every day, the Prophet (pbuh) would visit us twice, earlier and later in the day. After the community went through severe trials (when Islam was publicly pronounced) Abu-Bakr decided to head to Abyssinia (to flee persecution )
When does a child reach the age of consciousness? At least at the age of 5 or 6 right? Aisha was telling her memories, remembering the Prophet’s visits to her house when she was young. The trials of the Muslims started with the public pronouncement of Islam, which happened in the 3rd year of the Prophet’s mission. This precipitated a severe wave of persecution for the Muslims. They had no choice but to flee Mecca in the 5th year of Islam. This indicates that by the 5th year, Aisha was at least 7 or 8 years old. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she must have been at least 15 or 16. If she got married to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) over 2 years after Hijra, then she must have been at least 18 when it happened.
2- In Bukhari, Kitab Tafseer-ul-Quran, it is narrated that Aisha (RA) said:
لقد أنزل على محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بمكة وإني لجارية ألعب بل الساعة موعدهم والساعة أدهى وأمر
“It was revealed to the Prophet (pbuh) in Mecca, while I was a still playing as a child, the ayah [from surat al-Qamar]: “The last hour is the time when they shall truly meet their fate; and that last hour will be most calamitous, and most bitter”(Quran 54:46).
So Aisha was conscious enough to understand the verses of the Quran and remember their meaning. Surat al-Qamar was revealed in the 6th year of the Prophet’s mission as Qurtubi mentioned. Now how old Aisha must have been at the time? At least 8 or 9 I would say. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she was at least 15 or 16 at the time, which puts her at the age of 17 or 18 when she got married.
3- Imam Ahmad narrates the circumstances of Aisha’s marriage to the Prophet (pbuh). He says that al-Mut’am b. A’dy proposed to her for his son Jubayr. When the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) approached Abu-Bakr asking for her hand in marriage, he told him that another family already approached him about the same thing and that he had to honor that. Later, Abu Bakr met al-Mut’am and his wife. He sensed hesitate from the mother of Jubayr. She said: “أخشى أن تُصبأ عائشةُ جبيرا” or “I worry Aisha would convert my son Jubayr to Islam". Abu Bakr asked the father about it, and he said that he had a similar concern as his wife. The marriage was called off and Abu Bakr told the Prophet (pbuh) That Aisha was available.
How old must she have been in order to have this kind of influence? She must have been a charismatic, eloquent adult for Jubayr’s family to be concerned that she might convert their son to Islam. She definitely was not a child.
4- Muhammad b. Is’haaq, the great historian and biographer of Islam, and the teacher of ibn-Hishaam and Tabari, created a list of the first people that accepted Islam in his book as-Seera an-Nabawiyyah. He places Aisha at #19. Since the first 20 conversions must have happened in the first year, then Aisha was at least 5 years old to have that kind of consciousness (she was probably older). If she was at least 5 in the first year, then at Hijra she was at least 18 right? Which puts her at the age of 20 when she got married to the Prophet (pbuh) two years later.
5- Historians agree that Asmaa’, Aisha’s sister، was at least 27 during Hijra, as referenced by the great historian and biographer ibn-ul Atheer in his book Ussd-ul-Ghaba. Since Asmaa’ was at most 10 years older than her sister (as ibn Abdel Barr said in his book al-Istee’aab fy Ma’rifat il-Asshaab), that puts Aisha at the age of 17 at the time of Hijra, which makes her at least 19 at the time she married the Prophet (pbuh).

Yes, Ayesha played with dolls according to the narration, but the Bukhari hadith does not say she was married to the prophet then. It says I played at the presence... So it's impossible to tell the time frame this happened or whether it was not in her father's house who the prophet's close friend.

Mohammed DID marry a child at 6 - everything was then permissable to him except intercourse until it was deemed by her father and Mohammed that she could "bear the weight of a man" - then it was announced that the marriage would be consummated by having her enter his dwelling. THIS is what happened to Aisha. She did not have a marriage ceremony at 9. She simply entered his house. Her marriage was at 6 yrs old...and Mohammed was free to be with her from that date on.

It's not so easy so conclude that way. The Quran is sufficient for a person to know what to do in order to attain salvation. The hadith however, one has to go on a case to case basis and try to understand the context of each hadith. Many people have misinterpreted hadith because they didn't know the context or they have an agenda. Just by the voice of reason one can determine which hadith is sahih or not.

Same word "Nisa" (Women) is used in Surah 2 ayah 221. No where in Surah 65:4 talks about prepubescent girls. Just show me where the word premature girl is used in Surah 65:4 please. Moreover, how can Allah says to supposedly according to you to take those who have not menstruated (which to you means premature girl) when the whole Surah is entitled "The Divorce"?
