@@athul03 there isn't a specific percentage. Let me try to explain. Suppose a guy with an 8 cgpa is competing against a guy with a 7.5 cgpa and some work experience there's high chance that the guy with work experience will be taken. That being said let us suppose there is a guy with 7.2 cgpa and no work experience . This guy can still have an edge over the others if his application reaches first. I hope you get the idea. Work experiences, internships, and publications makes up for a comparatively less cgpa .
