If you get these stamps and are having a hard time getting a good image, you can rub some vegetable glycerin over the rubber. The glycerin conditions the rubber, which makes it slightly softer. Glycerin is one of the main ingredients in many sticky inks, so it is completely safe to use on red rubber stamps for a better impression.

If you use versamark onyx black you can emboss it with clear embossing powder to really make the black lines pop!
