It is a puzzle you are putting together, I like the way that it is designed and as far as the chassis and the rear support arms and rear drive train. The dual shocks should help with the bumps and jumps if you do any. You do have a lot of torque with the electronics a blip of the throttle and it just wants to raise up. I guessing that running it on the gravel you really have to drive it (little loss of traction) Looking good
Definitely was a puzzle. Really hard record and edit videos like this. I had over 5 hours of footage that I had to chop up. This was not the easiest to work on. With the way the motor sits the center of gravity is on the high side, so it will traction roll easily. Running on the gravel is tough but I really don't have open fields near me. It is a cool really well-built RC. Just not the best if you're into doing mods. Thanks for the comment and have a happy 4th!

@@allscalerc yes. Rocks kills "shinyfect" too fast i think. Dust/sand will be okay. And low grass.. Same stress with my dbxl e 2.0 but this is "full metal" beast will be much worse..
Hey just FYI, when you're putting the pinion on the motor shaft there are little aluminum spacers (part of the bag the pinion is in with grub screw) and they will correctly space the pinion to the spur, so you don't have to guess. Here is FID's build with that procedure. ua-cam.com/video/705spbmdYSo/v-deo.html Awesome tutorial, glad to have your vid a a reference!
LOL I never even saw that spacer. Either I didn't get it, or I lost it. Definitely would have made things easier. Thank you for posting the link and for watching. I do appreciate it. 👍👍👍👍👍

My final dream car😢😢😢
If do get one. My aluminum got really pitted on one run on gravel. So stay off gravel if you want it to stay looking nice.
