Bengali Sweet Saste me....
Nice and interesting recepe. I suggest that when you present a vdo recepe, the Title should be from you. I prepared this recepe on 10th and 11thSep2023 and it turned out to be just Fantastic. Since I could not find the title in your vdo I named it
"KhoyaGolla Softy" and it somehow fits the title. Let me know if I am wrong.
Everybody with whom I Shared this dish were awestruck and Loved it so very much that they had multiple helpings.

Chhena fadte wakt dhyan dijiye. Dudh boil karke usko thoda thanda hone dijiye tab vinegar water daliye. Garm dudh me daalne se chhena hard ho jayega..😊
