So about Steppenwolf, I have read stuff from Zack and seen videos about it. So what we got in ZSJL was the design Zack wanted, back in 2016 he was told by the executives that it was too scary and he had to tone it down. He did help design the version we saw in 2017 but it was not what he really wanted.
Then when he got his cut and was allowed to use Steppenwolf as originally intended, he went to town with that fantastic design.
The more I read about it, the more I thought it made sense. The studio wanted that Marvel style universe and I always felt like that 2017 SW had similarities to Thanos, in both size and how he acted.

I recently watched pretty good little documentary about ZS DCEU here on UA-cam and there was one common theme through every failure, studio interference by the executives… and by people that weren’t even around a year later.. the MCU has had a lot of collateral damage on pop culture which is a very strange thing to say I know… but it was amazing until it wasn’t and had so many studios chasing a connecting universe that I think cinema as a whole suffered.. not to mention ever ballooning movie budgets.. You know what bro, you are completely right!! I’m going to need like ten TBLeague dolls and to weather them to look slightly strung out and only then can I close the book on ZSJL lol!! But all seriousness ZSJL was dope, but sad at the same time.. it felt like a hollow victory just knowing that everything laid out in the movie especially the Knightmare scenes were going to go no where.. still have to literally sit and watch the whole movie anytime I pop it in to see one scene. I just wish those Netflix rumors were true about them buying the rights to let him finish his DCEU (I know that sounds absolutely crazy, logistics wise) but It doesn’t help that I’ve heard Rebel Moon was terrible.. but thank you for all the continued support over the years bro!!!! His amor in the movie was a black grey with sliver accents if there was any blue you really could not see it ..... in the comics it was blue....

Most 1/6 scale shops that carried him did so with thumbnail the betrayed nothing of what the product actually was… but I’m sure will will see other in the future.
