- Tongue Posture is essential for expanding/shaping the roof of the mouth (hard palate), normalizing oral sensation, and optimizing tongue strength and proper position. This is also a great exercise to keep the wound open after Tongue Tie Release.

I successfully bottle fed my daughter ( 5.5 weeks) last night for only the second time! (only 2 other consultants in the city have gotten her to bottle feed at all). She is going great after her tongue tied surgery, but has struggled greatly w bottle feeding. Last night at 3 AM she pounded 3.5 ounces of milk like a champ!

Can this replace the massage of the wound post surgery? I can’t bring myself to do it and any attempts at even getting my fingers under the tongue are difficult. This looks a lot easier and more relaxing for baby.
