I may be completely wrong but from the dr videos I’ve been watching that seems to be the reason as to why & what they’re doing this for

your tongue shape your palate, then your teeth and face. It is critical to keep baby sleep with mouth close and tongue against the palate.
@@ElectricAngel181 it’s for after tongue tie frenectomy procedure, it keeps it from growing back after the first 10 days.
