I feel like Code Orange diversified a bit, lost a lot of their initial fans without finding a new public... While Knocked Loose pissified and are getting bigger & bigger without loosing anyone.
That sudden, short, solo drone at the very end is some of the most effective ambiance fuck-withery I've ever heard outside of straight up orchestral arrangements.
Prouducer is a new guy! Drew Fulk. Will is a legend and got them their signiture sound and break and always will be one of the best, but it's cool they got a new sound going with the switch up

Not your usual metal but you should definitely check out Utsu-P. Japanese metal producer that uses vocaloids (yes, Hatsune Miku for example) for singing and screaming. Good starting points are "Vulgar", "Ga" and "Bizarre Food". I think they will surprise you.

My best mate showed me Knocked Loose in 2016 when Laugh Tracks dropped and I was like eeehhh not really my thing...A different shade of blue I thought was ok then suddenly something clicked and they just became my favourite band. Laugh Tracks is permanently on repeat at the gym.
