Those mp3 files that you have are a bit unusual. I think they are too big in size. I think that they have to be encoded with normal bitrate up to 320kbps and possibly even less then that. 128-192 kbps are most common mp3 bitrates. Your usual song should not be more then 5-10 mb at most.
These are some comedy stuff I have used on my Nokia 110 4G(2023) with no problem. Remember that there is no music player displayed on the app list. Even my ringtones don't play. Thanks for your suggestion though.
Damned… I’ve ordered this phone today on HMD website, trusting the specs mentioning MP3 player. Waiting to receive It and check by myself. Some days ago, I purchased the new Nokia 3210 and returned it to my local reseller because of lack of MP3 player (only AAC files are supported). What the hell are they doing at HMD… ?
Sadly no. Even the Facebook link won't work as FB removed support from the Opera browser some time ago and yet they insist on putting it on the app list.
I believe our paths have crossed on Discord Keith, mine was the 105 4G same problem, customer service escalated as they haven't a clue, escalation support team came back to me and asked me to send a 20MB video in MP4 format why they can't just pick the phone up and look themselves which suggests this could be foreign support centre. I did make a video and uploaded it via YT and sent them the link of course they said they couldn't view it maybe they can't because of the company software, as I can't do another video as the phone has been collected by courier and is now back in HMD's possession, so a refund it is and I doubt I get an explanation as to why this has been sent minus a MP3 player and not being supported to play MP3 files. Another thing that is really annoying me why the need for a FB app that does not even function or even one at all and not being able to remove it is unforgivable as is clogging the menus screens up with horrible games if they insist on putting them on put them in a separate folder.
Yes I watched your video and realised you were also on Discord. I can make a video if they require and down scale it to 20MB if required. They'll have to act quickly though as I need to make a decision before the 30 day return runs out.
