    Very good video. Thank you. But at 8:52 it would have been useful to have shown the acupressure point being massaged. Your description was detailed but without an image I always find it difficult to know if I have the right area to apply pressure.

    Mine started after a car accident I have stage 4. And deal with severe amount of burning fire all over my body that after the TBI. Thank you.
    If u know anything that can help w the pain or get the innflamation out so I don't have it anymore it would be appreciated.

      Heather, I'm so sorry to hear this. If you haven't yet tried Chinese medicine/acupuncture, this could be of help to you in the management of your pain. I assume you are under the care of a conventional doctor too?     Thank you for doing this, I will definitely start doing these tips you shared with us. I was a Police Officer for 23 years and it seems my adrenal glands suffer from and for the fight or flight, living in stress all the time. I start acupuncture in two weeks, to see if it will help repair my adrenals.

      Either. :-) Try both and observe which time of day suits you the best. Qigong is all about practising in a way that is most comfortable and relaxing for you. Best wishes, Janice.

    Everything Ive read indicates its best to eat salt. When I was under the care of a naturopathic physician she told me to have at least one tsp of salt per day. Salt in the form of pink Himilayan sea salt of course. Also you don't say why the foods you recommend are recommended. If I read off a list of foods to eat for a disorder, I'd want to know why these foods are recommened.

      These foods are general recommendations according to Chinese medicine theory. Of course it's always best to seek advice from a practitioner in order to receive and individual diagnosis and then have a tailor made treatment plan made up for you. :-)

      @@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong my wife early in the day mentioned my adrenal gland witch I never heard of, been trying to wean myself off of my steroid medicine an trying to improve my health!!! An then this video of yours showed up!!! Like how bazaar was that!!! Anyway what I am going through is much like what you were saying.
