Let me add 5 more Tip
Tip 11 try to use vehicle lights as a key or a Bg light in case of sillout.
Tip 12 if u can, rent or buy F0.9 noct.
Tip 13 try to use reflectors to bounce the available light to the subjects face.
Tip 14 if every thing fails use your cellphone light.
Tip 15 if u really don't have any light what so ever, then your your pop up flash and shoot a bunch of photos make it into a video and match with voice over.
