The main advantage of HSS is that you can overpower the sun which was missed in the video . You should have tried this on a sunny day with the sun behind you . Also 1/250th of a second you are not in the realm of HSS .
Instead of manual mode, Can use program mode and hss fill flash. Most modern cameras should be able to handle that. Use ev compensation on flash if necessary. Cuts down the effort for trail and error.
Hi, I am using canon200 D when I am turning on the pop up flash, or external bounce flash, value of Shutter Speed is couldn't riding over 1/200 what do i do??

To me, the final ones are at least 1 stop underexposed!
Also, it’s important that you teach and emphasize the relationship between such a high shutter speed and the ability of the remote flash to trigger and sync.
Normal radio triggers might not support sync more than 1/300th of a second.

I have WU-1a wireless adapter, but it not suitable for my Nikon D3400
Pls suggest suitable wireless adapter for D3400.
I think you missed the very basic point of HSS that is shooting at full aperture opening to get bokeh in bright sunny day, this large aperture forces you to use high speed, which intern effects subject to go under exposed. This is where HSS comes in to picture.

Nice attempt thambhi. You have the best equipment, as a senior, I thought I will give some constructive inputs. Move the light source closer to the subject, it will have good soft light. Check inverse square law of light. Then adjust the power of the light accordingly. Godox Ad600 is good light, I think you were using that. So get the best of it.
In this scene, you need not have 1/800 shutter speed the background is too dark, maybe a 1/500 would have been ok. Secondly small tip, during the day stick to 100 ISO, because it enhances colours and preserves original skin tones don't go below that. Some say 200 is even better, but I like 100 ISO. That's all Its simple. Best of luck 👍🏻
