Circular economy -- system perspectives for a new enlightenment : Ella Jamsin at TEDxLiege

Ella Jamsin studied theoretical physics and completed a PhD thesis exploring the hidden symmetries of black holes in higher-dimensional universes, before working as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
She then joined the Ellen MacArthur Foundation -- whose mission is to accelerate the transition to a circular economy. The charity pursues its goal by acting in three areas: education, business and analysis.
Drawing on her business background and her geometrical thinking, Ella takes part in developing the circular economy model and creating tools for companies and governments keen to bring it to life.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. I don't thing that this is the right way for do better the circular economy... yes, we can collaborate for recycling the material, remanufactured and reused them ...... but for do a better economy there're a lot of more things to do. first the government had to have more good idea for drive the countries to a good system. i THINK THIS IS DIFFICULT TO DO BECAUSE ALWAYS WE CAN FIND PEOPLE WHO DON'T GO TO COLLABORATE
