Jacob is a great guy to play against. We toed up at an FNM and his style of competition is really respectable. Best of luck Jacob. Watch out for Blood Moon(s) :-p

In Game 1, Jacob's 6th turn was 3:36 seconds long. How long do you have before you get a warning for slow play?

Slow play doesn't necessarily deal with the duration of a turn.

slow play doesnt necessarily mean u are taking a long time, it really means you are not progressing the board state . As long as you are able to do that you are fine

Did Reid not realize that Jacob didn't have the mana to pay for the Summoners pact?

JH didn't shuffle between land picks at the end there. Irrelevant I know. But still a rules breach.

No not really, Reid is tapped out. It would be ridiculous to sit there and shuffle and then immediately pick up the deck and look through it again.
