    I recently dislocated my shoulder about 3 months ago. Undergoing PT. Has anyone ever continued bjj from that injury and how long were you out?

      Dislocated my shoulder rock climbing back in 2020 when I was on a 3 year break from bjj. Was back to climbing in 3-4 months after following my PT program religiously. Been back to bjj now for the last 2 years and only recently started feeling the instability come back.
