- Was able to make it out with Gustavo, Luis, and Alex on an early Saturday morning ride. Unfortunately I was short and time for this day and had to keep the riding at my local spot. These next couple weeks will be really busy for Jiu-Jitsu training, I have a a competition on June 30 and need to get all the mat time I can to bring in the gold. I still try to get my riding in which is good for my soul, but I just need to keep myself from going to crazy. I hope you all enjoy this slip. As always thank you for watching and supporting have a great time out time on the trails.

Thank you for the support! Well it all depends on what level of protection you are looking for. I have some what of a low profile one. Troy lee designs rock flight ce flex is the one I currently use. It has the front chest and sides-rib protection in the plastic material and then it has the soft compression material in the back for the spin. It is really light weight and doesn't compromise my mobility although I have seen some more heavy duty protectors but I felt constrained when I tried them on. I hope this helps thanks again.
