- Noah Centineo is having quite the summer. He stars in two projects: "Sierra Burgess is a Loser" AND "To All The Boys I've Loved Before." "Sierra Burgess is a Loser" is about a smart high school girl who teams up with a more popular girl hoping to win over her crush. "To All the Boys I've Loved Before" is based on the best-selling 2014 novel of the same name by Jenny Han. The story follows a teenage girl whose secret love letters are exposed and the havoc ensues as a result. Centineo came to BUILD to talk about both projects.

I love that he's getting casted in roles in such a short amount of time! Casting him as Jesus in The Fosters was the best decision the producers ever made and now it's time for him to shine even brighter! He's not only a great actor but also a gem of a person and i'm so happy that people are finally starting to appreciate him! GO NOAH!
Lowlyf Fangirl ikr! To think he was getting so much hate for replacing Jake T. Austin. 😒😒😒 I thought he was able to portray Jesus with so much more emotion than I thought the character was capable of showing. Like when he was frustrated, I would feel frustrated. Or when he’s in love, I would feel in love (even though I’ve never been in love before). Noah is so great at playing characters that you can empathize with, regardless of whether you’ve experienced what they’ve experienced.
@Kathy Le YES! Jake T Austin seemed bored and very robotic when he was acting! He was fine in the earlier episodes but later it's like he just wanted out of the show already and i think Noah really did justice to the character! Brought more life to the show as Jesus and i would totally love to see him in another series with a different role! A romantic shy person would suit him so much! (He could pull off any character tbh) Hehe i completely agree! He makes you bond with the character on a completely different level and it's about time he shines brighter!

Sierra Burgess is the film I've wanted to see since I was little. Every film was always 'oh she's an outcast, or not popular' yeah people - but she was always *skinny*. And that was always my disconnect. I'm so happy this film is finally here and the generations after me get to see themselves on screen as the heroine and not the body-shamed sidekick character who never gets treated like a human being.
This kid is so fucking wise for his age. I always forget he's 21. He gives me hope for the future. ❤
I know. Most kids my age (21) are not that intelligent and therefore I am more interested in guys 24 or older, but he seems put together

Omg they didn’t have Lara Jean jump onto him like in the books but they changed it. It was one of my favorite parts in the book, she had a purpose in doing it but i guess the change in the movie might be good.

I was disappointed because reading the book it was one of my favorite parts and to not be able to see it in the movie is kinda disappointing but i’m still really excited to see the movie nonetheless.

I absolutely loved "To All The Boys I've Loved Before". I've watched it three times already and Noah Centineo is amazing as Peter. My favorite characters are Lara Jean, Peter, Lucas and Kitty. I'm also looking forward to watching "Sierra Burgess is a Loser". Funny thing, when I first watched the trailer, other than the premise, Shannon Purser is the reason I was looking forward to watching it. Now, I can add Noah to the list;D Netflix's hits it out the park once again:)

Honestly wish I could just chill with this dude over like a cup of coffee. I related when he said he likes to connect with people and meet many people. I like to meet many people and just learn about their life story/personality. My only problem is a bit of social anxiety. I'm going to try getting a specific image and just work hard towards it. He is so inspiring to me for some reason. I just feel pumped up and full of energy suddenly lol 😂
