I so felt like her raps in Moon Movie, AYA and Diamond were super fast but I guess not compared to the ones in the ranking haha. And yeah she does have her own personal style and I'm 100% certain she could rap even faster but she goes with what she feels works best for the song. I don't think I've ever not enjoyed one of her raps, I'm always looking forward to her parts in the group songs
Moon Movie was *roughly* 6.25sps ... tied for 10th! It almost made it! Diamond was barely slower at around 6.13sps Aya has a lot of quick bursts, but also a lot of space in between them, so it sounds faster than it is~

Moonbyul's best strength in her raps are her flow, tone, and clear diction. She does not aim for speed but she leans on toward the delivery of emotion. People can understand her clearly even when she is rapping and i like that about her. I like that you are talking about her though cause people always forget that mmm has a rapper like wth
Honestly I wouldn't call Moonbyul a "fast" rapper, she's more focused on the style and flow than the speed. Just saying but that's also true for the BTS rappers: for RM, the focus is lyrics, for Suga it's delivery, and for J-Hope it's style and flow. That's not to say they don't focus on the rest, but these are the aspects that stand out the most in their raps. Just my opinion though so feel free to disagree.

the fact that her fastest rap is literally in mamamoo’s debut song is actually super impressive! it just goes to show that she’s always been an insanely talented rapper (even though she only had like six months or something to prepare for the role). i also love that she doesn’t rely on speed, her rap style is mostly reliant on her flow which is really nice. she could definitely go super fast if she wanted to, but she doesn’t have to to be considered a god tier rapper and she knows that.

In my opinion moonbyul and jessi are the best female rappers in kpop. Both of their vocal tones really suit their different rapping styles, and also they r one of the few female rappers who write most of their lyrics so like thats another great thing that makes them different and better than the other ones. There r some female rappers in kpop that rather look too forced doing the rapping parts and it doesnt rly sound and look natural, its like they try too much and then (to me) end up looking like they r making fun of the rap culture or smth like that. And both moonbyul nd jessi arent like that, they just sound natural and rapping really suits them. Idk this was my opinion pls dont come at me ;_;

Moonbyul, as many pointed out in the comments, definitely has the capability to go faster cuz her diction and delivery is crystal clear but she mostly prioritizes flow. Her flows are always unique and NONE of her raps sound the same, her versatility and range leaves me breathless.
