SDR1 WAS NEVER ON THE MARKET FOR SALE. THAT TELLS ME HE SOLD IT BACK TO THE RIP OFF DUDE THAT SOLD IT TO JASON IN THE FIRST PLACE. As bittersweet as it is, I’m happy you sold SDR. The oil issue was too much of a hassle. I hope you don’t have a hard time moving the animals. That can be a pain. One nice thing, is you got all the fencing from SDR to use. I also hope wherever the Tiny house and shed to house are being moved to you guys! ❤

Jason mentions that the person that didn’t disclose the oil fields to him has the 60 acres back and jason sold it back.. the shady dude will sell it again to another person and not disclose the issues.
They may not have known before. It took the oil company a LONG time to show their faces. "If" the previous owner had it for hunting, they probably never saw the oil co. But, all in all, every single detail isn't our business.

But ya'll will love and enjoy ya'lls new homestead prolly even better. My Bride of 50 year's and I built our dream home was gonna be there rest of our lives well health problems made us have to sell 4 year's ago. Lord definitely knows what we need before we do. we actually found us little 4 acre home and we are the happiest we've ever been so never known what's gonna happen. Looking forward to hearing about the Tiny house, the shed, the barn, the shop all the fencing and so forth that you had on SDR. You two got shafted by many involved with that property, for not having the complete truth. I would do a 5 people tang team of channels you trust with trailers and trucks and start taking things part and what you can use again reuse! Leave nothing behind for the oil company of the property. If I could take down those outside doors on the shop that you two made so awesome I would and if the not the grain silo could be taken apart and not part of the oil company, I would the same thing. People can take a part and haul while others make lunch and help as well all the way around. Then do a run through the property on side by sides and have one heck of a Shootdang goodbye party of the property!

Like any loan service, I paid the balance off and applied the nice profit to my current house. Don't see how the Crockers are doing anything different.

You bought property that has oil field lease's for life people were paid for this. You bought property without a title search, or you would have known. There for you built on oil field land! You have no case against the oil company it caries no merit. You are the one trespassing and building on oil field land. Now you just stated you have a law suite against a oil company. You have no case! There is no merit to what you are saying. You have no case. They can sue you for building on there ground. You new there was active oil wells on this property. What you are saying about what the oil field commissioner stated is your word his word. It also carries no merit. He said she said. You will not find a lawyer to take a case against a oil company that you built on there ground. Who are you trying to fool here?? They can if they decide they can and might sue you. As far as the tiny house being moved there will be a good bit of damage but that is on you not the transporter. You have yourself in a real mess. And what you keep calling a water tank is a holding tank for crude oil pumped out of the ground oil is still on the top inside and the building was a pump house and underground transfer station to there pipeline. What did you think the VERY large pillers were doing in that building you call a shed you jack hammered out. Your nest as you call it was the office of operations. You covered there pipeline up and jack hammered the pillers out remember? You are right it's going to be big. To sum it up you did NOT due you homework before purchasing this ground. The burden of what is on the property is not the sellers obligation to disclose it is yours called discovery through a title search. We shall see!!! And if you were to sell to someone else does not let you out of litigation for a statute of 5 years.
I don't know about Oklahoma, but in the state I live in you have to disclose everything. My cousin was killed by her husband and to sell her house even that had to be disclosed.
Have you considered shipping containers for a quick solution to secure storage? 4 larger ones set in a square makes storage and a place to contain the animals. They are in demand and should be easy to resell. 2 set 20 feet apart with a roof between them makes an “instant shop”. ??????

i would love to hear how you sold SDR1. In my own experience since the seller holds the deed you can’t sell something you don’t own & yes you don’t own with a regular mortgage but this is different circumstances and also in my experience you can’t build a permanent structure until 75% is paid off
He most likely quit making payments and threatening the previous owner that sold him the crap land. He mentions that he sold it to the person that sold it to him and did not disclose in the first place. Jason threatened previous owner of lawsuit until he bought it back. Imo

What did you think the VERY large pillers were doing in that building you call a shed you jack hammered out. Your nest as you call it was the office of operations. You covered there pipeline up and jack hammered the pillers out remember? You are right it's going to be big. To sum it up you did NOT due you homework before purchasing this ground. The burden of what is on the property is not the sellers obligation to disclose it is yours called discovery through a title search. We shall see!!! And if you were to sell to someone else does not let you out of litigation for a statute of 5 years.

I don't know about Oklahoma, but in the state I live in you have to disclose everything. My cousin was killed by her husband and to sell her house even that had to be disclosed.
Have you considered shipping containers for a quick solution to secure storage? 4 larger ones set in a square makes storage and a place to contain the animals.

i would love to hear how you sold SDR1. In my own experience since the seller holds the deed you can’t sell something you don’t own & yes you don’t own with a regular mortgage but this is different circumstances and also in my experience you can’t build a permanent structure until 75% is paid off
He most likely quit making payments and threatening the previous owner that sold him the crap land. He mentions that he sold it to the person that sold it to him and did not disclose in the first place. Jason threatened previous owner of lawsuit until he bought it back. Imo
