    Due to COVID-19, my family and I had our flight to France canceled. I was initially issued CashPoints, but later requested a refund after being informed there were no more flights between the USA and Europe. Despite multiple follow-ups, my refund was denied. Recently, I discovered my case was closed, and the CashPoints have expired without notice. This is concerning as I spent approximately $4,000 on the tickets.

    Good luck to Norwegian. hope its flights to USA restarted after COVID and can be consolidated.
