I see a lot of people mixing vinegar and baking soda together. They both clean well on there own, but I'm pretty sure that the baking soda neutralizes the vinegar. So, make of that what you will, I'm no expert...

I wouldn't because the abrasive baking soda may damage the paint and the baking soda and vinegar react to make water and carbon dioxide so I wouldn't add them together

I would imagine it would be effective for the grime underneath the wheel wells, rims and under chassis components, but not for the body paint. As PopOffs said
