@@coengoldstein2124 this is just anecdotal, but I think the fatigue of dolphin kicking makes it less fast than freestyle after like 20 yards. Underwaters will definitely bring you to your top speed, though.
Running Addict this is true most definitely but for these guys they were leaving all of their energy in the pool which allowed them to swim so fast over a single 50. If this was a real set the fatigue would be setting in hard.
Seeing this video gets me hyped up to get my son to be this good. He is only 6 yrs old and will be getting classes by swim club instructor this summer. I just imagined him being like these young men. Competing and having fun. Most importantly making memories with their teammates
