I'm just slapping them down and doing a few tests, to have some hands-on experience. Nothing significant to be learned here: They are heat exchangers - they exchange heat. And bigger is better. Duh.

Thank you for the video. Would you mind filming another one showing some gameplay-worthy application of these heat exchanger things which can't be achieved more easily with other means? I'm still struggling to find some use for these. I suspect it's meant for Vulcan or Venus, which I'm kinda afraid trying still.

Here I'm using a Counterflow Heat Exchanger in a Europa base, I even do this on Mars too. Overall 2 Active Vents pump the station and outdoor atmosphere through. This cools down the station very very powerfully. ua-cam.com/video/9zrXlo8O2A0/v-deo.html
