5 Essential Harai Goshi Setups || My Favourites

Harai Goshi (Sweeping Hip Throw) is one of my favourite throws.
In this video I go through 5 of my favourite setups/entries into this wonderful throw that I think are essential.
This is my biased opinion and is not the only five ways to setup/enter in for Harai Goshi...if you prefer a different setup that I have not discussed, please let me know in the comments below!!
